摘要: The invention relates to a transmitting device, which performs a resource sensing procedure to acquire information about radio resources usable for transmitting data at a later point in time. After data becomes available for transmission, the transmitting device performs an autonomous radio resource allocation to select radio resources within a transmission window to be used for transmitting the data, based on the information acquired by the resource sensing procedure during a sensing window. The autonomous radio resource allocation comprises selecting radio resources in primary subframes of the transmission window preferably over radio resources in secondary subframes of the transmission window. The secondary subframes correspond to those subframes in the sensing window during which the transmitting device did not perform the resource sensing procedure, and the primary subframes correspond to those subframes in the sensing window during which the transmitting device did perform the resource sensing procedure.

摘要: A user equipment in a wireless communications system supporting direct communication between user equipments selects a sidelink destination group (ProSe destination) associated with a sidelink logical channel having a highest logical channel priority among sidelink logical channels, which have data available for transmission in a sidelink control period (SC period) and which have not previously been selected in the same SC period, wherein each of the sidelink logical channels belongs to a sidelink destination group, each of the sidelink logical channels is allocated to a logical channel group (LCG) depending on a priority of said each sidelink logical channel and on a priority of the logical channel group, and the logical channel group is defined per sidelink destination group. The user equipment allocates radio resources to sidelink logical channels belonging to the selected sidelink destination group in decreasing priority order, and transmits the data using the allocated radio resources.

摘要: An invention relates to methods for transmitting a buffer status report (BSR) in a mobile communication system, more particularly to the definition of rules for triggering, generating and transmitting BSRs. The invention also relates to a data transmission method utilizing new rules to decide data of which radio bearers is transmitted within a given transmission time interval. Moreover, the invention relates to scheduling method for radio resources that is taking into account additional scheduling-relevant information from the buffer status reporting and/or data transmission method. To avoid unnecessary grants from the network and to suggest an advanced handling of data transmissions the invention suggests a buffer status reporting and data transmission schemes that take into account the scheduling mode of data of radio bearers pending for transmission to decide whether to report on it in a buffer status report, respectively, whether to multiplex the data to a transport block for transmission.

摘要: The invention relates to an improved handover procedure for a mobile terminal. Under control of the target base station, the mobile terminal is to perform a handoff to a target base station, wherein it is to be configured for communication with the target base station via a target radio cell comprising a downlink carrier and an uplink carrier. The mobile terminal receives a handoff command message for the handoff to the target base station including a handoff execution condition as trigger for executing handoff to the target base station. Then, the mobile terminal determines, based on the received handoff execution condition, whether or not the mobile terminal is to trigger execution of the handoff to the target base station. In case the mobile terminal determines that it is to trigger execution of the handoff to the target base station, the mobile terminal executes the handoff to the target base station.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a Discontinuous Reception, DRX, function at a user equipment. The UE is configured with at least one licensed cell and at least one unlicensed cell and operates the DRX function. The UE receives, from a radio base station, a DRX-active instruction to be in DRX Active Time at least on the unlicensed cell until receiving the next downlink control information related to a downlink data transmission to be received via the unlicensed cell. Correspondingly, in response to the received DRX-active instruction, the UE is in DRX Active Time at least on the unlicensed cell, comprising continuously monitoring a downlink control channel for downlink control information.

摘要: A user equipment includes circuitry which selects a random access preamble sequence, and a transmitter which transmits the random access preamble sequence to a base station in a frequency bandwidth of an unlicensed band, and performs at least one of a first operation and a second operation. In the first operation, the circuitry selects a first sequence as the random access preamble sequence, the first sequence having a length longer than a length of a random preamble sequence used for a licensed band, and the transmitter transmits the first sequence in the frequency bandwidth of the unlicensed band. In the second operation, the circuitry selects a second sequence as the random access preamble sequence, the second sequence having a length equal to the length of a random preamble sequence used for the licensed band, and the transmitter transmits the second sequence with repetitions in the frequency bandwidth of the unlicensed band.
