In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a first signaling from the management node at the second hierarchical level, the first signaling corresponding to a first predetermined model; obtaining at least one local measurement value, the at least one local measurement value indicative of a local state of the wireless communication network; processing the at least one local measurement value based on the received first predetermined model to identify at least one parameter value independent of the management node; and managing local state of the wireless communication network by performing at least one predetermined action associated with the identified at least one parameter value.

    摘要: A templating engine in a network management platform creates and stores named templates that describe a network state associating one or more IP address blocks and sub-blocks with one or more corresponding attributes of potential and actual network resources. Named templates comprise, for each IP address sub-block, a data object including a set of actions to be taken in response to provisioning requests based on metadata associated with a network resource identified by the request. Responsive to a provisioning request for access by a resource to the enterprise network, an executed template automatically assigns an IP address to that resource in one of the sub-blocks according to identified attributes of the resource. The executing template automatically notifies external systems of the IP address assignment of the enterprise network.

    摘要: A method includes receiving a plurality of configurations comprising a first configuration for provisioning a first set of network services at a first resource of an edge device and a second configuration for provisioning a second set of network services at the first resource, a first configuration group identifier identifying a configuration group for the first configuration, and a first network performance parameter for the configuration group. The method further includes determining a performance factor for the first resource providing the first set of network services to one or more client devices. The method further includes, in response to determining that the performance factor does not satisfy the first network performance parameter for the configuration group and that the first configuration group identifier identifies the configuration group for the first configuration, moving the first configuration from the first resource to a second resource of the edge device.

    摘要: Disclosed are various examples for Internet of Things (IoT) device discovery and configuration. In some embodiments, a management service generates a console user interface. Through the console user interface, an Internet-of-Things (IoT) protocol is selected for an IoT discovery campaign to discover IoT devices that are deployed in an enterprise environment and utilize the IoT protocol. A gateway distribution list is defined for the IoT discovery campaign. A command is transmitted according to the IoT discovery campaign, causing a gateway device to discover IoT devices that are deployed in the enterprise environment and utilize the IoT protocol.
