    摘要: A pole cover is provided for receiving and guiding a winding on a rotor of an electric motor, comprising multiple segments which extend in a radial direction to a center axis of the pole cover, wherein the segments receive a partial region of the winding of the electric motor, and wherein each of the segments includes a winding region to receive the winding and a segment connection region for connecting to other segments, wherein the winding region and the segment connection region border on each other and the segment connection region is situated closer to the center axis than the winding region. The segment connection regions extend at least partially in the circumferential direction about the center axis and each segment connection region protrudes, in the circumferential direction about the center axis, beyond the adjoining winding region. Multiple decoupling regions are also provided, each being situated between two segment connection regions in the circumferential direction about the center axis. An electric motor having such a pole cover and a method for producing a pole cover are also provided.

    摘要: In a rotor of a rotating electric machine, a slot includes a winding insertion portion and a widened portion. A width dimension of the widened portion is larger than a width dimension of the winding insertion portion. A pair of step portions are formed on both sides of an end portion of the winding insertion portion on the widened portion side. A wedge member is spaced from and opposed to the pair of step portions. An insulation includes: an insulation main body arranged between a rotor winding and a damper bar; and an extended portion, which is arranged in at least a part of a space between the wedge member and the pair of step portions, and is configured to suppress movement of the damper bar in a circumferential direction of a rotor core.

    摘要: An electric motor includes a rotor having a stack of laminations positioned axially relative to one another. The stack of laminations includes a first rotor lamination that is divided into a first portion and a second portion. The first rotor lamination is configured to have an asymmetric mass distribution such that the first portion has a first mass and the second portion has a second mass, with the first mass being different from the second mass. The electric motor is configured to selectively generate an unbalanced force during operation (i.e., when the rotor is spinning). The electric motor may include a stator configured to have an asymmetric magnetic field distribution. The electric motor may be employed in a haptic assembly and eliminates the need for a separate eccentric mass to generate a haptic signal.

    摘要: A permanent magnet motor, including: a stator assembly and a rotor assembly. The stator assembly includes: a stator core and a coil winding. The stator core includes: a yoke portion, a plurality of tooth portions, and a plurality of winding slots. The rotor assembly includes: a rotor core, a plurality of permanent magnets, and a rotor sheath. The tooth portions are extended out of the yoke portion. Each winding slot is formed between adjacent tooth portions. The permanent magnets are disposed at intervals on a surface of the rotor core and magnetic poles of two facing sides of adjacent permanent magnets are the same. The rotor sheath is disposed outside the rotor assembly and is divided into at least two segments axially. A magnetic conductivity of a first segment of the rotor sheath is different from a magnetic conductivity of a second segment of the rotor sheath.

    摘要: A field winding synchronous machine drive system includes a field winding synchronous machine having a stator and a rotor and a drive apparatus configured to drive the field winding synchronous machine. The stator has N m-phase stator coils wound on a stator core to create a rotating magnetic field, where N is an integer not less than 2 and m is an integer not less than 3. The rotor has at least one main field winding wound on a rotor core to create field magnetic flux. The drive apparatus includes N inverters each of which supplies m-phase alternating current to a corresponding one of the N m-phase stator coils. Specifically, each of the inverters supplies the corresponding m-phase stator coil with the m-phase alternating current which includes a fundamental-wave current and a time-harmonic current superimposed on the fundamental-wave current; the time-harmonic current has a shorter period than the fundamental-wave current.

    摘要: The invention relates to a synchronous machine (1) including a stator (2) and a rotor (3). Said machine is provided with at least one sensor (1a) of the angular position of the rotor (3) and is characterized in that the stator (2) includes a winding provided such as to be supplied with polyphase current by an electronic power device. The rotor (3), which includes permanent magnets (4), is provided such as to rotate about the stator (2). The angular position sensor (1a) extends away from the rotor (3) and is in alignment with the latter at the permanent magnets (4). The angular position sensor (1a) includes at least two sensors (6) for measuring magnetic induction and are provided for detecting variation in the axial magnetic field of the rotor (3) in the form of voltage, and the angular position sensor (1a) moreover includes at least one electronic unit provided for receiving the voltages of the magnetic induction measurement sensors (6) such as to absolutely deduce therefrom the angular position of the rotor (3) and send corresponding information, in real time, to the electronic power device.
