摘要: A positive electrode active material, a method for preparation thereof and a positive electrode plate, a secondary battery and an electrical device containing the same are provided. The positive electrode active material has a core-shell structure, comprising a core, a first cladding layer covering the core, a second cladding layer covering the first cladding layer, wherein the core has a chemical formula of LiaAxMn1-yByP1-zCzO4-nDn, the first cladding layer comprises a first polymer containing an electron withdrawing group, the second cladding layer comprises a second polymer, and wherein the second polymer comprises one or more of plant polysaccharides, marine polysaccharides and the derivatives thereof. The positive electrode active material of the present application enables a secondary battery to have a relatively high energy density, while further having a significantly improved rate performance, cycling performance and/or high-temperature stability.

摘要: Inorganic-based lithium mixed electrode materials have a low charge transfer rate and thus have poor fast charging or discharging characteristics. Positive electrode active materials include LCO (lithium cobalt oxide, LiCoO2), NCM (nickel cobalt manganese, Li(NiCoMn)O2), NCA(nickel cobalt aluminum, Li(NiCoAl)O2), LMO(lithium manganese oxide, LiMn2O4), LFP(Lithium iron phosphate, LiFePO4), etc. High nickel technology is attracting attention because if nickel is used a lot, the capacity of lithium ions can be increased. However, as the content of nickel increases, the reactivity increases, resulting in a risk of explosion of the battery and deterioration in cycle life characteristics. As the negative active material, carbon, transition metal oxide, nickel metal, silicon-nickel alloy, and the like may be used. As the carbon, natural graphite, artificial graphite, soft carbon, hard carbon, etc. can be used. As the transition metal oxide, Co3O4, CoO, FeO, NiO, and the like can be used.
The present invention adds a polymer additive containing free radicals in the molecular structure to the electrode to solve the problems of the existing secondary battery. The polymer additive contains free radicals and undergoes an oxidation-reduction reaction through ionic interactions. When this polymer additive is included in the electrode, the fast charging and fast discharging characteristics are improved, and the stability of the electrode is improved. When the stability of the electrode is improved, the cycle life characteristics of the electrode are improved. Because the polymer additive participates in the electrochemical reaction, it increases the practical capacity of nickel. When dissolved in a solvent, the polymer additive can increase the viscosity and act as a binder.-

摘要: A battery cell includes a case provided with an accommodation space; and an electrode assembly accommodated in the accommodation space and contacting the case. The electrode assembly includes a negative electrode including a plurality of negative electrode current collectors, on which a negative electrode mixture is coated, and a deformation absorbing member interposed between the plurality of negative electrode current collectors; a positive electrode including a positive electrode current collector on which a positive electrode mixture is coated; and a separator interposed between the negative electrode mixture and the positive electrode mixture. The deformation absorbing member may be interposed between surfaces, opposing a surface on which the negative electrode mixture is coated, of the negative electrode current collector and may be pressurized or stretched by at least one of the negative electrode and the positive electrode to contract or expand.

摘要: Syntheses of alternating copolymers based on PEO and fluorinated polymers are described. Introduction of fluorinated polymer chains reduces the Tm of PEO and also increases the affinity and miscibility with ionic liquids, which improves ionic conductivity even at room temperature. The disclosed polymers containing PFPE have superior safety and are more flame retardant as compared to traditional electrolytes. Such alternating copolymers can be used as solid or gel electrolytes in Li batteries.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide an electrically conductive resin composition which enables the formation of a film that has high electrical conductivity and excellent tensile elongation, bending resistance and flexibility, and is suitable for an electrode member for a storage battery. At least one embodiment provides a resin composition including (A) 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin, (B) 1 to 60 parts by mass of carbon nanotubes, and (C) 1 to 60 parts by mass of acethylene black, wherein the thermoplastic resin (A) includes (A1) 30 to 80% by mass of a chlorinated polyethylene having a chlorine content of 20 to 45% by mass and (A2) 70 to 20% by mass of a polyethylene that is different from the component (A1). According to another embodiment, the thermoplastic resin (A) is (A3) a polyethylene that satisfies the following properties (p) and (q): (p) the peak top melting point on the highest temperature side in a DSC melting curve is 120° C. or higher; and (q) the ratio of melting enthalpy in a temperature range of 110° C. or lower relative to the total melting enthalpy in the DSC melting curve is 50 to 80%.

摘要: This disclosure is related to a method for making a phosphorated polymer for electrochemical reversible lithium storage. A mixture including organic polymer and phosphorus is first heated and then cooled down to room temperature. The mixture is immersed in an alkaline solution after cooling own to room temperature. The pH of the mixture is adjusted to be neutral after immersing in the alkaline solution. The alkaline solution is removed.
