摘要: Disclosed is a control and protection device for a low-voltage electrical apparatus, comprising a pedestal and a control and protection module. The control and protection module may be plugged into the pedestal and is replaceable. The pedestal comprises a base and a housing, and is further provided with a moving contact, a static contact, and a current conductor connected to a main circuit current; a control electromagnet operation mechanism for controlling close and open of the moving contact and the static contact according to a control signal, and maintaining a close or open status of the moving contact and the static contact; a manual operation knob providing a control signal for controlling the close and open of the moving contact and the static contact; a control contact connected to the manual operation knob; and a current sensor for detecting a current that flows through the main circuit current conductor and generating a sensing signal. The control and protection device further comprises: a signal processing unit for controlling a state of the control electromagnet according to the sensing signal via an electrical circuit; and a tripping device for controlling actions of the operation mechanism with a mechanical connection in response to the signal processing unit. The current sensor has a secondary circuit connection detection device.

The rotary contact includes at least a first rotary contact body having a first and second lever arm. Each of the lever arms include a lever arm end having a contact piece. A first and second fixed contact each cooperate with a respective one of the contact pieces. A first spring acts on the first lever arm and a second spring acts on the second lever arm. Each of the springs have a first support at a first end, a spring body and a second support at a second end. The first supports directly engage the first rotary body and the second supports are disposed at the rotary housing. Each of the spring bodies are disposed on a same side of the first rotary contact body.

Each of the switching poles has one current path and one switching contact system for opening and closing the current path, wherein a movable contact arrangement of the switching contact system of the switching poles has an integral switching shaft segment, formed from insulating material, which bears a contact lever arrangement and in which the switching shaft segments of adjacent switching poles are connected by way of at least two connecting branches; so as to form the switching shaft. The connecting branches extending at a distance parallel to the axis of rotation and are formed from corresponding connecting elements. In at least one embodiment, all of the connection elements of the at least two connecting branches are formed by first sections of the integral switching shaft segments, which bear the contact lever arrangements.

A detection circuit is configured to generate a test detection signal in response to the recurring simulated fault signal. An end-of-life monitor circuit is configured to generate an end-of-life detection signal if the test detection signal is not generated within a first predetermined period of time. At least one indicator is configured to emit an indication signal in response to the end-of-life detection signal. A response mechanism is configured to decouple the plurality of line terminals from the plurality of load terminals after a second predetermined period of time has elapsed following the end-of-life detection signal.

摘要: A switching apparatus for an electrical switching device, the switching device including a rotor housing rotatable between an open position and a closed position; at least one contact arm with a moving contact; and a switching unit with a switching lever, movable between an ON position and an OFF position, a switching frame, and a lever mechanism in functional contact with the switching frame and the rotor housing such that movement of the switching lever into the ON position allows the rotor housing to be moved into the closed position and movement of the switching lever into the OFF position allows the rotor housing to be moved into the open position. The lever mechanism includes at least one stop, configured to prevent movement of the switching lever into the OFF position, independently of the movement of the rotor housing, when the rotor housing is in the closed position.
