    摘要: A sound source device of a horn according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a diaphragm; a movable iron core connected to the diaphragm through a support point; and a coil (bobbin and winding) into which a driving signal is inputted. The driving signal includes a first signal component that resonates with the diaphragm and a second signal component of a second frequency that resonates with the movable iron core of a first frequency and has a chord relationship with the first frequency. The support point is provided at a position eccentric from the center of the diaphragm, and the movable iron core is structured such that a gravity center is displaced further in an eccentric direction than the support point.

    摘要: An ultrasonic vibrator includes a diaphragm, a side plate which stands on the principal surface of the diaphragm, and a vibrator body placed inside the side plate on the principal surface of the diaphragm in order to apply ultrasonic vibration to the diaphragm. The diaphragm has a thin portion at least in a part of the periphery of an area where the vibrator body is placed. A wet-treatment nozzle includes a supply pipe having, at one end, an inlet for admitting a treatment liquid, a drain pipe having, at one end, an outlet for discharging the waste liquid to the outside after wet treatment, and a connecting portion which faces a workpiece and which connects the other ends of the supply pipe and the drain pipe. The ultrasonic vibrator is placed in the connecting portion of the wet-treatment nozzle.

    摘要: An electric horn has a diaphragm driven by a plunger which is vibrated by a coil having a pole piece. A small air gap between the plunger and the pole piece is required to assure that they will not touch during vibration. The gap is adjusted by assembling the horn with the gap small enough to permit the plunger to be pulled into contact with the pole piece by magnetic force when a preset direct current is applied to the coil. After assembly a calibration procedure is to apply the preset current to the coil, mechanically pull the pole piece away from the plunger until the diaphragm force overcomes the magnetic force causing the plunger and pole piece to separate, electrically detect the time of separation, and then stop or optionally pull the pole piece an additional fixed amount to set the required gap. Apparatus automatically performs the calibration procedure.
