摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for generating a new chord sequence. The method comprises obtaining known chord sequences (S), wherein each known chord sequence has a respective known transition (T) between each pair of consecutive chords (C) in the known chord sequence. The method also comprises, among the chords of the known sequences, determining one or more new allowed transitions (N). The method also comprises, among the chords of the known chord sequences, generating a new chord sequence (L) based on there being a respective known or new allowed transition between each two consecutive chords in the new chord sequence, and the new chord sequence being loopable by there also being a known or new allowed transition between a first chord and a last chord in the new chord.

摘要: In order to help music players without sufficient musical knowledge to adapt original music pieces but still keep the original style, the present invention provides an interactive system and the accompanying method for creating music by substituting audio tracks. The interactive system includes a database of musical elements that comprises tonality, tempo, beat, timbre, texture, chord, and pitch, a database of music that contains multiple original music pieces, and a processor. As a result, players without strong knowledge in music theories can create adapted a music piece that matches the style of the original one.

摘要: A music information generating device, including: a block color name recognizing part which selects and determines, from among plural color names which are made to correspond to plural ranges of color attribute value having been set beforehand, a color name corresponding to the representative-color of the block as a block color name of the block, by recognizing to which range of the color attribute value the representative-color of the block belongs, where the plural color names have been made or are going to be made to correspond to the plural sound-source names having been stored; and a diagram music-score generating unit which selects, based on a criterion having been set beforehand, a designated block from among the blocks having been arranged in lattice shape, and thereby generates a diagram music-score.

摘要: In some implementations, a process for communicating data over audio is performed. In one aspect, one or more ordered sequences of audio attribute values that are selected based on a musical relationship between the audio attribute values and associated with data values may be played by a first device and received by a second device. This technique may allow for sound-based communications to take place between devices that listeners may find pleasant.

摘要: Various embodiments provide techniques for generating real-time musical accompaniment for musical content included in an audio signal. A real-time musical accompaniment system receives the audio signal via an audio input device. The system extract, from the audio signal, musical information characterizing at least a portion of the musical content. The system generates musical information that has at least one of a rhythmic relationship and a harmonic relationship with the musical information. The system generates an output audio signal that is complementary to the musical information. The system transmits, substantially immediately after receiving the audio signal, the output audio signal to an audio output device.

摘要: Systems, including methods and apparatus, for generating audio effects based on accompaniment audio produced by live or pre-recorded accompaniment instruments, in combination with melody audio produced by a singer. Audible broadcast of the accompaniment audio may be delayed by a predetermined time, such as the time required to determine chord information contained in the accompaniment signal. As a result, audio effects that require the chord information may be substantially synchronized with the audible broadcast of the accompaniment audio. The present teachings may be especially suitable for use in karaoke systems, to correct and add sound effects to a singer's voice that sings along with a pre-recorded accompaniment track.
