    摘要: Systems and methods for authenticating users using a smart ring are disclosed. An exemplary method includes collecting contact data indicating a sequence of taps of the smart ring while a user is wearing the ring, a tap corresponding to contact between the ring and a component and the sequence of taps corresponding to a candidate pattern. The method further includes performing an authentication operation by (i) comparing the candidate pattern to an authentication pattern for a known user to determine whether the candidate pattern matches the authentication pattern and (ii) when the candidate pattern matches the authentication pattern, authenticating the user by updating a record to indicate the user has been identified and authenticated as the known user. In response to the record indicating that the user has been authenticated, the method includes, transmitting a signal to a second device controlling access to the resource, and receiving access to the resource.

    摘要: The invention provides a fingerprint lock control method and a fingerprint lock system. The system at least comprises a fingerprint lock, a server and an electronic device. The method comprises: scanning an identification code of a current fingerprint lock and uploading the identification code of the current fingerprint lock by the electronic device to the server, such that the current fingerprint lock is bound to account information of a user; collecting current fingerprint information of the user by a fingerprint reader on the current fingerprint lock; receiving a fingerprint information template of the user transmitted by the server by the electronic device; determining if the current fingerprint information matches the fingerprint information template; controlling and opening the current fingerprint lock, if yes. In the invention, the user don't need register repeatedly on the fingerprint locks, the unlocking procedure can be simplified and unlocking time can be saved significantly.

    摘要: A biometric recognition system for a vehicle includes a support portion, a vein reader sensor disposed on the support portion, and a control member configured to control a function of the vehicle. The control member has a top surface and a bottom surface and defines an opening extending through the control member from the top surface to the bottom surface. The control member is moveable relative to the support portion to a first position. The opening is aligned with the vein reader sensor and the top surface is a first distance from the vein reader sensor when the control member is in the first position. The first distance is configured to optimize biometric verification of an operator's hand gripping the control member.
