摘要: Methods and systems for generating and resolving multi-mode barcodes include a device scanning and translating graphical data representing a barcode pattern into barcode information. The device detects distinct data items in the barcode information that each specifies an action to be taken by the device, and then transmits a request for a preference order to a remote server. Next, the device receives the preference order indicating a ranking of the distinct data items and determines, based on the ranking, an order in which actions specified by the data items are to be taken by the device. The device identifies a data item that the device is capable of taking the action specified by the data item and has a higher ranking in the preference order than the actions specified by all other data items that the device is capable of taking, and performs the action specified by the data item.

摘要: The present invention relates to a data carrier, especially a security document, such as an identification card, comprising authentication data comprising personalized data, the data carrier comprising a first side and a second opposite side, and a plurality of layers comprising personalized data, a transparent recording layer, a transparent plastic upper layer and an opaque layer between the recording layer and the upper layer. To make the data carrier very difficult to forge and to enable that it can be manufactured with ordinary machines and without need of expensive materials, the opaque layer comprises a window a first piece of authentication data of said authentication data being divided between said plurality of layers so that the first piece of authentication data is to at least one part thereof, provided above or on the first side of the opaque layer facing the upper layer, at least a rest part of the first piece of authentication data being in the form of laser engraved markings beneath the window and provided in the recording layer, or in a plurality of transparent recording layers of said plurality of layers.

摘要: An identifiable ticket contains: a body and a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag attached on the body. The RFID tag includes a chip and an antenna, the chip stores an identified message, and the antenna is electrically connected with the chip. The body includes a ticket stub and at least one separable part removable from the ticket stub so as to tear off the antenna, hence the RFID tag responds reading operations of at least one tag reader in different frequency bands and distances after the antenna is torn off or based on a length of the antenna. A monitoring system for the identifiable ticket contains the identifiable ticket, a computer, and the at least one tag reader. The at least one tag reader is connected with the computer and reads the RFID tag so as to acquire and to send the identified message to the computer.

摘要: Example embodiments relate to recognizing embedded information from images. In this manner, the embodiments disclosed herein enable recognition of a first barcode from a first image and a first machine-readable watermark based on the first barcode. The first barcode may be decoded to obtain a first group identifier. The first machine-readable watermark may also be decoded. A first payload associated with the first machine-readable watermark may be accessed based on the first group identifier and a first reusable watermark identifier of the first machine-readable watermark.
