The minimum speed or minimum delivery rate is then the delivery rate which is required for at least building up the system pressure in the fuel injection system.

    摘要: An overspeed protection system is provided which utilizes simplified construction for detecting overspeed conditions of a rotating device. In the preferred embodiment, a single up/down counter is employed in an overall sequence which includes a first time period during which the counter is counted up from a preselected value by a series of pulse representations of speed for the rotating device. After the expiration of the first time period of the sequence, the counter value is compared to an overspeed limit selected during the previous sequence. If that limit is exceeded, an overspeed condition is detected by the system. In a second time period of the overall sequence, the counter is down counted by the pulse representations of speed. After the expiration of the second predetermined time period of the sequence, the counter value is compared to the original preset value to determine the rate of change in device speed. If the rate of change exceeds some preselected value, a low overspeed limit is used for the overspeed limit of the next up count for the subsequent sequence. If the rate of change does not exceed the preselected value, a high overspeed limit is used for the overspeed limit of the next up count for the subsequent sequence. The system outputs an overspeed signal only if an overspeed is detected on consecutive up count/down count portions of a sequence.

    摘要: A remote control device includes an instruction transmitter and a controller which controls a speed of an unmanned helicopter based on an instruction from the instruction transmitter. The instruction transmitter selectively outputs one of a speed change signal that changes the speed of the unmanned helicopter and a speed determination signal that determines the speed of the unmanned helicopter. When an output from the instruction transmitter is changed from the speed change signal to the speed determination signal, the controller determines whether the speed of the unmanned helicopter should be maintained or brought to zero based on a result of comparison between speed information of the unmanned helicopter and a threshold value. Preferably, the speed change signal changes the speed of the unmanned helicopter by changing a tilt angle of a nose of the unmanned helicopter in an up-down direction in accordance with an amount of operation applied to the instruction transmitter.

    摘要: A speed responsive control device is useful for preventing a dangerous overspeed condition of a propulsor. The device begins governing before the dangerous overspeed condition occurs through the use of an acceleration responsive mechanism which actuates the spool of a governor pilot valve. The spool is also actuated by a speed responsive mechanism in the form of a flyweight governor. The control device thus anticipates dangerous overspeed conditions to make necessary adjustments such as blade pitch corrections, to prevent a dangerous overspeed condition.
