    摘要: A method for extended-pulse sampling includes providing a continuous-time signal comprising a frequency spectrum within a predetermined passband. The continuous time signal is sampled with a plurality of discrete sample pulses having a pulse shape in a time domain that is an impulse response of a filter having the predetermined passband.     摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method and device for sampling a pulse signal, and a computer program medium. The method comprises: collecting a plurality of first sampling points on a rising edge portion of the pulse signal according to a plurality of preset sampling thresholds, where each of the plurality of first sampling points is represented by one of the preset sampling thresholds and first time corresponding to the one of the preset sampling thresholds (S1); collecting a plurality of second sampling points on a falling edge portion of the pulse signal according to the plurality of preset sampling thresholds, where each of the second sampling points is represented by one of the preset sampling thresholds and second time corresponding to the one of the preset sampling thresholds (S2); and collecting a third sampling point of the pulse signal at third time separated from the first or second time by a preset time interval, where the third sampling point is represented by the third time and a response amplitude corresponding to the third time (S3). By using the technical solutions provided by the present disclosure, it can improve the sampling efficiency of the pulse signal and reduce energy consumption.

    摘要: A pulse generating apparatus capable of calibration and calibrating method are disclosed. The pulse generating apparatus includes a pulse generator and a delay detector. The pulse generator is configured to repeatedly generate a testing pulse. The delay detector is electrically connected with the pulse generator. When the pulse generator generates the testing pulse, the delay detector detects a feature value of the testing pulse at a plurality detecting time points, and calculates a calibration value according to the detected feature values. The delay detector outputs the calibration value to the pulse generator and the pulse generator adjusts the testing pulse according to the calibration value.

    摘要: A multi-stage passive capture adapter (PCA) circuit is configured to sense and recover digital signals present on a high-speed serial bus for capture and analysis in external test equipment. A first stage of the PCA circuit includes a differentiator that functions as a high impedance probe that contacts the serial bus to capture an original input signal waveform of the high-speed digital signals. The signal waveform is fed to a dual-slope comparator/driver that includes a plurality of high-speed comparators and drivers. The second stage includes a differential receiver/shaper that converts logic levels of differential receiver outputs to input signals that set and reset a signal restorer whose output signals are fed to a driver of a driver/shaper. The output of the driver is then fed to a shaper network configured to substantially match an output signal of driver/shaper to the input signal waveform sensed from the high-speed serial bus.
