摘要: A pressure and temperature sensor is provided. The sensor may include a pressure port configured to receive a media, wherein the pressure port includes at least one thermistor. The sensor may further include a body having a header and a sense element configured to seal the body from the media in the pressure port. The header and the sense element may define a space accessible to the media and the header may further include a media receiver configured to allow the media to pass between the pressure port and the space. The header may also include at least one pin in electrical communication with the thermistor and a pin receiver configured to accept the at least one pin. The at least one pin may be operatively connected to the pin receiver.

摘要: A differential pressure transducer assembly having an internal bellows coupling configured to improve reliability and ease assembly. The differential pressure transducer assembly includes a header, a sensing element mounted on the header, a first pressure port having a first pressure media channel in communication with a first side of the sensing element, a second pressure port having a second pressure media channel in communication with a second side of the sensing element, and a bellows coupling disposed between the header and the second pressure port. The bellows coupling may be configured to flex during assembly to compensate for tolerance mismatches. The bellows coupling may further reduce or prevent external stress from being applied to one or more of the header and the sensing element.

摘要: The present invention provides a fixing device for installing a pressure-type airbag sensor. The fixing device for installing a pressure-type airbag sensor includes a holder having a disk shape, a cover coupled to the holder and having a sensor unit disposed at an upper end thereof, and a connector housing disposed at a lower end of the cover. The cover may include a cover body having a disc shape. Reverse rotation prevention protrusions protruding outward may be formed at intervals at a plurality of positions on an outer circumference of the cover body. Rotation guide protrusions may protrude from the plurality of positions of the cover body, and corners thereof may be formed in a predetermined curvature. The rotation guide protrusions may be formed to correspond to the number of rotation locking parts formed on an outer wall of the holder.

摘要: A fluid connector comprises a body, an assembly interface arranged on and in the body, a pressure sensor, and a cover. The body has two fluid connection end pieces, and an internal duct. The assembly interface comprises an orifice placing the internal duct in communication with the outside of the body, a first receiving area extending around the orifice, a second receiving area extending around the first receiving area, and attachment regions. The pressure sensor is in contact with the first receiving area via a first gasket. The cover is positioned on the pressure sensor and is in contact with the second receiving area via a second gasket to isolate the pressure sensor from the outside environment.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an inline sensor including a housing fixable in a wall of a fluid line or a process container. A first transducer for detecting a primary measurand of a medium contained in the fluid line or the process container is integrated into the housing and designed to generate first measurement signals dependent on the primary measurand. A sensor electronics is connected to the first transducer for detecting the first measurement signals and designed to process the first measurement signals. The inline sensor is additionally designed to detect pressure surges occurring in the process container.

摘要: Advantageous mounting flanges for measuring devices and related methods of use are provided. The present disclosure provides advantageous mounting flanges configured to be mounted to measuring devices/instruments (e.g., pressure or temperature measuring devices/instruments), and related methods of use. More particularly, the present disclosure provides advantageous systems/methods for the design and use of user-friendly press-on mounting flanges configured to be mounted to pressure and temperature instruments (e.g., to the case of pressure or temperature gauges) to allow the instruments to be secured to a supporting structure (e.g., to a panel) via the mounting flanges. Disclosed herein is an advantageous mounting flange configured to be mounted to a case of a measuring device/gauge, thereby allowing the measuring device/gauge to be mounted to and held in a panel via the mounting flange. As such, the gauge case mounting flange is configured to hold the measuring gauge in place in the panel.
