    Abstract: A wireless temperature monitor probe includes a spike for insertion into an object for which a core temperature is to be monitored and a head at a proximal end of the spike. A sensor inductor coil is in the head and is used for wireless interrogation by an external detector unit to determine the core temperature. The spike axis is not in the plane of the inductor coil in the head, for example so that there is a bend between them. This makes it easier to insert the spike while maintaining a desired orientation of the head, in particular to enable correct communication with the remote detector unit. In addition, it enables the head to be positioned against the object so that the probe takes up a minimum amount of space.

    Abstract: A system includes a core temperature probe and a microwave cooking device. The core temperature probe includes a temperature sensor to determine a temperature information, a coaxial line including a lambda/4 line resonance element adjusted to a microwave frequency, and a signal transmission antenna connected to the temperature sensor via the coaxial line and adapted to emit the temperature information at a signal transmission frequency that differs from the microwave frequency. The system is hereby constructed to transmit a signal at the signal transmission frequency wirelessly between the signal transmission antenna of the core temperature probe and a signal transmission antenna of the microwave cooking appliance.

    Abstract: The utility model relates to the field of temperature detection, in particular to a food temperature detection system. The food temperature detection system comprises a temperature collector, a distance amplifier and a processing device. The temperature collector and the distance amplifier both are connected with the processing device, and the temperature collector is connected with the distance amplifier. The temperature collector collects the temperature of food, then the collected food temperature information is sent to the distance amplifier, and the distance amplifier performs signal enhancement on the collected food temperature information, so that a transmission distance of the food temperature information is increased. By additionally arranging the distance amplifier, the food temperature information is enhanced, so that the processing device is capable of acquiring the food temperature information stably, thereby improving the detection accuracy of food temperature.

    Abstract: A temperature sensor is provided for measuring a temperature of a liquid contained in a cooking vessel. The temperature sensor includes a first housing containing processing and wireless communication circuitry, a second housing containing a temperature probe, and a connecting member carrying wiring that connects the processing and wireless communication circuitry to the temperature probe. The temperature sensor also includes a fastener coupled to the first housing and configured to removably affix the temperature sensor to a sidewall of a cooking vessel such that the first housing is exterior to the cooking vessel, and the second housing extends over an interior bottom surface of the cooking vessel. The temperature probe is extendible from or retractable into the second housing to an adjustable height above the interior bottom surface of the cooking vessel and configured to measure a temperature of a liquid contained in the cooking vessel.

    Abstract: A temperature sensing assembly for a milk frothing apparatus.     Abstract: A heat radiation-resistant NTC temperature sensor comprises a measurement rod which is in contact with a plane of an object to be measured. A cavity for accommodating a thermistor is provided in an axial direction of the measurement rod, and the thermistor is in close contact with an upper wall of the cavity of the measurement rod. The thermistor is connected to an external detection device through a wire. The temperature sensor can be used for temperature measurement of a pan bottom, and it has an accurate temperature measurement and a high reaction speed, and it can prevent surrounding heat radiation from affecting the temperature measurement.
