摘要： A metering unit for flowable solids including an outlet nozzle of flexibly elastic material having at one end an inlet opening for fixing on the outlet of a storage container and at its other end a slot-shaped outlet opening formed between two opposite sealing lips and elastically preloaded in the closed position and can be transferred against elastic preloading to an open position as a result of compressive forces. The slot-shaped outlet opening is elastically preloaded into its closed position by a separate clamp made from a flexibly elastic material, which can be applied releasably to the outer circumference of the sealing lips, wherein the legs of the clamp rest on the outside of the sealing lips in the mounted state and are elastically preloaded in the direction in which they are close together and can be moved elastically away from one another as a result of the compressive forces.

摘要： A hopper having a passage through which a medicine can be passed downward is provided. A part of a lower portion of the hopper is a deformable portion having flexibility, and the deformable portion is deformable so as to open and close the passage. According to this configuration, the deformable portion that is a part of the hopper is deformed to open and close the passage. Thus, there is no portion such as an opening and closing plate on which the medicine remains, thereby preventing a gap in which the medicine remains from being formed in the hopper, and preventing the medicine from easily remaining in the hopper.

Pressure applied to the upper part of the end wall causes it to pivot on pivot points causing the closure part to swing upwardly and open the dispensing opening to permit discharge of the substance.

摘要： This includes a condiment, such as mustard, catsup, etc. dispensing unit. The condiment is in a container such as a bottle with a neck portion which is attached to a novel plastic dispenser cap. When the device is hanging upside down, the condiment in the container flows into the dispensing tip which has a valve mechanism such that no fluid flows out the end of the tip until pressure is applied by squeezing the plastic tip. A push rod with two spaced apart arms has a roller at the end of each arm. The rollers are a lesser distance apart than the diameter of the dispensing nipple. When the rod pushes the arm, the rollers roll against the dispensing nipple, squeezing and compressing it, and forcing its condiments out the lower end.

摘要： Viscous active ingredients are introduced into the case of a galvanic cell by extrusion from a nozzle fed with the ingredients by a pumping device. The pumping device includes an elastic, substantially straight piece of hose, and a pressure roll which can be moved along the hose between two established limits, both in the general direction of the outlet nozzle to compress the hose, and in the opposite direction to assume a retracted position along the hose. The piece of hose is compressed at a point immediately adjacent to the hose segment defined between the established limits of the pressure roll so that the material to be metered does not come into contact with parts in relative motion to each other.

摘要： A combination load and latch mechanism for fluid flow control apparatus, wherein a latch mounted for pivotal movement may be manually opened to disengage an electromechanical manipulating device to permit loading or unloading a feeding tube, the latch automatically closing and the device re-engaging upon release of the latch. The latch includes a slotted side wall that defines a retaining surface for capturing the tube relative to the manipulating device, and a cam surface upon which the tube acts during loading to cam the latch open. Means are included for sensing movement of the latch prior to any disengagement of the manipulating device.
