摘要: Various dispensing devices, such as foaming soap pumps, are disclosed. The soap pump can include a fluid storage unit and a fluid handling unit. The fluid storage unit can include a reservoir that is configured to hold a quantity of product, such as liquid soap. The fluid handling unit can include a pumping assembly and dispensing assembly. The soap pump can be configured to withdraw liquid soap from the reservoir, convert the liquid soap to foamed soap, and dispense the foamed soap from the discharge assembly.

摘要: A piston pump with an improved arrangement by which a piston-forming element is movable relative to a piston chamber-forming element between locked and unlocked positions. The piston chamber-forming body has a collar member having an inner guide tube coaxially about an axis with a lug member extending radially inwardly therefrom and the piston-forming element has a slide tube coaxially radially inwardly of the collar member with the slide tube carrying motion control features for interaction and engagement with the lug member whereby relative axial and rotational movement of the piston-forming element relative to the piston chamber-forming body provides for the adoption of positions in which the pump is operable to dispense fluid and positions in which the pump is inoperative.

摘要: In a foamer dispenser, a depressing head includes: a head main unit with a top wall portion arranged above the stem and with an attachment cylindrical portion that extends downwardly from the top wall portion and is attached to the stem; and an exterior cylindrical portion that is provided beneath the top wall portion and surrounds the attachment cylindrical portion and the guide cylindrical portion from an outer side in a radial direction. An inside of the exterior cylindrical portion is communicable with an inside of the cylinder for air through an inside of the guide cylindrical portion. The head main unit and the exterior cylindrical portion are formed as separate entities and are fitted to each other. In an upper end portion of the exterior cylindrical portion, intake holes are formed that penetrate through the exterior cylindrical portion in a radial direction and open toward an upward direction.

A pump is connected to the neck of the container. The pump has a liquid pump portion that has a liquid pump inlet. The liquid pump inlet is located above the bottom of the container. A shroud is located over the liquid pump inlet and extends downward toward the bottom of the container. An air bleed valve is included and located in the top of the shroud.

摘要: A foam generator includes a container having a liquid. The container includes a container neck. A bubble generator is mounted to the container. The bubble generator has a liquid piston and an air piston that are mechanically connected together to simultaneously dispense the liquid and a flow of air. The liquid piston extends into the container as a bubble generator input stem. The liquid is received into the bubble generator input stem at a liquid piston intake of the bubble generator input stem. The air piston and the liquid piston feed both air and liquid to a mixing chamber that provides both air and liquid to a pair of mixing screens mounted on a bubble generator output stem. The bubble generator output stem is oriented below the bubble generator input stem. An inverted straw cover fits over the liquid piston intake of the input stem.

摘要: Exemplary embodiments of vented refill units and dispensers having vented refill units are disclosed herein. An exemplary refill unit includes a non-collapsing inverted container. The container has a neck located at the bottom of the container. A pump is secured to the neck. The pump has a housing that has a cylindrical outside surface. In addition, the housing has an attachment mechanism for attaching the pump to a venting insert. The venting insert has a cylindrical inside surface and a cylindrical outside surface. At least a portion of the venting insert is located within the neck. An air passage is located between the pump housing and the cylindrical inside surface of the venting insert. One or more apertures are located through the venting insert. A one-way air inlet valve is located proximate the one or more apertures.
