摘要: A heat exchanger having: a first heat exchanger core including a first sub-heat exchanger core and a second sub-heat exchanger core, wherein the first sub-heat exchanger core and the second sub-heat exchanger core includes heat exchange tubes, the heat exchange tubes of the first sub-heat exchanger core and the second sub-heat exchanger core are connected to each other, and orthographic projections of the first sub-heat exchanger core and the second sub-heat exchanger core on a plane where the second sub-heat exchanger core is located at least overlap partially; and a second heat exchanger core including a heat exchange tube, wherein the heat exchange tube of the second heat exchanger core is connected to the heat exchange tubes of the first sub-heat exchanger core and the second sub-heat exchanger core is disclosed. At the same incoming wind speed, the ratio of the wind resistance of the heat exchanger to the air passing through the first heat exchanger core to the wind resistance of the heat exchanger to the air passing through the second heat exchanger core is less than a predetermined value. By using the heat exchanger according to the present invention, the performance of the heat exchanger can be improved.

摘要: A heat exchanger with increased heat transfer capability includes first and second end plates, tubes extending between the first and second end plates and fins disposed between the tubes. The heat exchanger is disposable within and differs in shape from a space defined between first and second walls such that corners of the first end plate abut the first wall and a point of the second end plate abuts the second wall, the first wall diverges from the corners of the first end plate to define a first open region and the second wall diverges from the point of the second end plate to define second open regions. At least one of the first end plate and the second end plates includes enhancements fluidly communicative with the at least one corresponding one of the first open region and the second open regions.

摘要: A heat exchanger and a method for additively manufacturing the heat exchanger are provided. The heat exchanger includes a plurality of fluid passageways that are formed by additive manufacturing methods which enable the formation of fluid passageways that are smaller in size, that have thinner walls, and that have complex and intricate heat exchanger features that were not possible using prior manufacturing methods. For example, the fluid passageways may be curvilinear and may include heat exchanging fins that are less than 0.01 inches thick and formed at a fin density of more than four heat exchanging fins per centimeter. In addition, the heat exchanging fins may be angled with respect to the walls of the fluid passageways and adjacent fins may be offset relative to each other.

The front-side member is joined to the central member with the front-side-member-first-end part facing an inner surface of the first flange, and the front-side-member-second-end part facing an inner surface of the second flange. The rear-side is joined to the central member with the rear-side-member-first-end part facing an inner surface of the first flange, and the rear-side-member-second-end part facing an inner surface of the second flange.

摘要: The heat exchanger includes heat exchange units. Each of the heat exchange units includes a plurality of plate fins and a plurality of flat tubes. The plate fins are arranged spaced apart from one another at intervals so as to allow air to flow therebetween. The flat tubes each have an L shape by bending and inserted through the plate fins so that a refrigerant flows therethrough in a direction in which the plate fins are arranged. The heat exchange units are combined to each other so as to form a rectangular shape. Thus, heat exchange can be efficiently performed by increasing the mounting area.
