    摘要: A computer-implemented method acquires a user consumption pattern of domestic hot water. The method includes acquiring data representing an amount of equivalent energy tapped from a heat storage tank within a first time period, generating a first history or data collection of data representing an amount of cumulative heat tapped from the heat storage tank over a number of first time periods, and acquiring a user consumption pattern of domestic hot water by applying a user-consumption-pattern-determination-algorithm to the generated first history or data collection of data representing amount of cumulative heat tapped from the heat storage tank. The heat storage tank is a pressurized tank. The user-consumption-pattern-determination-algorithm is a time-series-forecast-algorithm trained on history or data collection representing amount of cumulative heat tapped from the heat storage tank or equivalent heat storage tanks, and defining user consumption patterns in one or more machine-learning-algorithms.

    摘要: A method of managing a combi radiator (1), the method comprising the following steps that are repeated for each current day, and for each current period taken from a predetermined set constituted by at least one successive period defined in the current day:
    acquiring a predetermined indication from a predefined table (30), said predetermined indication being associated with said current period and being taken from a list comprising a first indication for which only the electrical radiator system (2) is to be activated, and/or a second indication for which only the hot-water radiator system (3) is to be activated, and/or a third indication for which both the electrical radiator system and the hot-water radiator system are to be activated;
    controlling the radiator as a function of the predetermined indication.

    摘要: A system and approach for developing a periodic water usage profile and demand for controlling a water heater. A mode may be selected for demand for a certain amount of water of a particular temperature range to be available for use from the water heater. Data on hot water usage may be collected and the usage profile and demand may be calculated from the data. The water heater may be programmed to operate in a certain fashion based on the usage profile and demand. A control knob may be on the water heater control to select a particular demand. Control of the water heater may be operated from a remote device connected in a wireless or wired fashion. An optimization program may be implemented in the control of the water heater for achieving one or more beneficial goals related to water heater performance and hot water production.

    摘要: A conversion factor learning unit successively updates a temperature conversion factor by learning a performance ratio of an output heat quantity with respect to an input scale number corresponding to a requested heat quantity generation to a hot water supply apparatus. The temperature conversion factor learned by the conversion factor learning unit is reflected in arithmetic operation of an FF scale number by a feedforward control unit and arithmetic operation of the FB scale number by the feedback control unit. An integral control in the feedback control unit is preferably turned off.

    摘要: An economically operated, dual-energy hot water supply system. The system includes a first heat source of a first type and a second heat source of a second type different than the first type. The system also includes a controller. The controller determines a first energy consumption of the first heat source to generate a unit heat, determines a second energy consumption of the second heat source to generate the unit heat, compares a first power cost of the first heat source with a second power cost of the second heat source, the first power cost being based on the first energy consumption and the first price, the second power cost being based on the second energy consumption and the second price.

    摘要: Systems and methods for storing power from distributed generation systems or other loads and sources that affect line voltage are disclosed. In embodiments, a water heater can be powered in a way that absorbs excess power from the grid by heating water when a controller senses excess power generation in the grid. Excess power generation can be sensed by either an increase in line voltage amplitude above a predetermined standard, or an increase in line voltage frequency above a predetermined standard.

    摘要: The concepts relate to reducing energy loss associated with hot water systems. One example can monitor hot water use in a system. Upon completion of the hot water use, the example can recover some of the hot water from hot water lines into a water heater that heated the hot water. The method can also deliver the recovered hot water to the water heater in a manner that affects operation of a heating element of the water heater.
