摘要: A multi-tube burner system for efficient mixing of fuel and air for combustion is disclosed. The multi-tube burner system includes an air supply plenum, a multi-tube burner, and a combustor. Further, the multi-tube burner includes a set of tubes including the air supply section to receive combustion air and supply the received combustion air to a mixing section. Furthermore, the multi-tube burner includes a set of fuel pipes to receive fuel from a set of fuel inlets and supply the received fuel to a set of fuel plenums. Furthermore, a pair of fuel receiving channels receive the fuel from the set of fuel plenums and a fuel injector pin injects the received fuel from the pair of fuel receiving channels to the mixing section. Further, a set of mixing holes allow egression of the combustion air and the fuel mixture from the mixing section to the combustor.

摘要: A fuel nozzle apparatus for a gas turbine engine includes: a first pilot fuel injector disposed on a centerline axis of the fuel nozzle which defines a direction of air flow through the fuel nozzle, the first pilot fuel injector being of a pressure atomizing type; an annular second pilot fuel injector at least partially surrounding the first pilot fuel injector, the second pilot fuel injector being of an air blast type and having a fuel outlet disposed axially downstream and radially outboard of the first pilot fuel injector; an annular venturi surrounding the first and second pilot fuel injectors, the venturi including a throat of minimum diameter; an array of inner swirl vanes extending between the first pilot fuel injector and the second pilot fuel injector; and an array of outer swirl vanes extending between the second pilot fuel injector and the venturi.

摘要: A combustion chamber for a gas turbine is provided. The combustion chamber has a pilot burner device, a fuel injector and an ignitor unit. The pilot burner device has a pilot body with a pilot surface which is facing an inner volume of the combustion chamber. The fuel injector has a fuel outlet for injecting a fuel into the inner volume. The ignitor unit is adapted for igniting the fuel inside the inner volume, wherein the ignitor unit is arranged at the pilot surface such that fuel which passes the ignitor unit is ignitable. The pilot body includes a recess, wherein the fuel outlet is arranged within the recess.

摘要: A fuel atomizer that includes a housing having a fuel inlet and at least one primary orifice positioned at the inlet, wherein the at least one orifice configured to disperse a stream of fuel into a plurality of fuel droplets. The plurality of fuel droplets contact a fuel impingement surface to break up the plurality of fuel droplets into a plurality of smaller secondary droplets and create a thin film of secondary droplets on the impingement surface. At least one pressurized air channel delivers an airflow into contact with the secondary droplets. The secondary droplets pass through a plurality of secondary outlet orifices to exit the housing. A size of the plurality of secondary droplets is reduced when passing out of the plurality of secondary orifices.

摘要: An oil-fired burner (30A) for warming, disposed adjacent to the outer periphery of a pulverized coal burner which inputs pulverized coal and air into a furnace, includes: an oil gun (32) for inputting an oil fuel disposed at the center of an outlet opening of a nozzle main body (31) substantially rectangular in cross-section; and a secondary air input port (40) disposed so as to surround the outer periphery of the oil gun (32), wherein the secondary air input port (40) is constituted of: a central arc section (41) substantially similar in shape to a circular diffuser (34) mounted on the leading end side of the oil gun (32); and rectangular sections (42L, 42R) provided continuously from both sides of the central arc section (41) and narrowed in face-to-face dimension in the direction of the adjacent pulverized coal burners so as to increase the distance from them.

摘要: A fuel combustion system comprises a discharge nozzle with concentric fuel and air orifices. A fuel conduit is coupled to each fuel orifice for supplying liquid fuel thereto. An air conduit is coupled to each air orifice for supplying air thereto. The fuel and the pressurized air only mixing with one another, upon being discharged from the respective fuel and air orifices, to form a fuel mixture. A supplemental air source supplies supplement air to facilitate combustion. An air deflector sleeve at least partially surrounds and accommodates the at least one discharge nozzle and a cylindrical blast tube surrounding the air deflector sleeve and an outlet end of the cylindrical blast tube supports a flame retention head. The flame retention head redirects the supplement air radially inward, through openings in the air deflector sleeve and the flame retention head, to assist with combustion of the fuel mixture.

The nozzle can also include a fuel swirler located concentrically within the prefilmer and configured to convey fuel to a forward end of the nozzle with the fuel swirler having at least one tab extending axially at an aft end, and an inner air swirler having a cylindrical forward end located concentrically within the fuel swirler and an aft support extending radially outward to contact the outer air swirler with the cylindrical forward end contacting at least one tab of the fuel swirler to hold the fuel swirler in place.

摘要: A burner for an exhaust purifying device includes a tube, an air supply port for supplying air for combustion into the tube, a fuel supply port for supplying fuel into the tube, and an ignition portion. The tube includes a premixing chamber for mixing air for combustion and fuel to generate a pre-mixed air-fuel mixture, a combustion chamber for combusting the pre-mixed air-fuel mixture to generate post-combustion gas, and a discharge port for discharging the post-combustion gas. The ignition portion ignites the pre-mixed air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber. The tube further includes a swirling flow generation unit arranged upstream of the premixing chamber for generating a swirling flow of which the center direction corresponds to a fuel injection direction and a diffusion unit arranged downstream of the swirling flow generation unit in the premixing chamber for diffusing the fuel incorporated in the swirling flow.
