    摘要: Methods of lubricating fracking valves on a wellhead include mounting a distribution manifold of a grease distribution system on, adjacent to or remotely with respect to the wellhead, the distribution manifold having a plurality of manifold valves; selecting at least one of the fracking valves for lubrication; coupling at least one of the plurality of manifold valves of the grease distribution system to the at least one of the fracking valves; coupling a grease pump to the at least one of the plurality of manifold valves; opening the at least one of the plurality of manifold valves; and distributing grease from the grease pump through the at least one of the plurality of manifold valves to the at least one of the fracking valves by operation of the grease pump.

    摘要: A bearing greasing assembly for simultaneously greasing a plurality of bearings includes an agricultural implement which includes a frame and a plurality of rotating tilling. Each of the plurality of rotating tilling elements includes a bearing which has a grease input. A supply grease conduit is attached to the frame of the agricultural implement and the supply grease conduit has a zerk. A grease gun can be fluidly attached to the zerk to pump grease into the supply grease conduit through the zerk. The supply grease conduit branches into a plurality of outputs which is each in fluid communication with a respective one of the plurality of bearings. In this way each of the plurality of bearings can receive grease from the zerk.

    摘要: A greasing system may be placed partially within the red zone and partially outside of the red zone. Grease and pneumatic power is supplied from outside of the red zone to a pod, inside of the red zone, having local storage, high-pressure pumping capacity, and a distribution mechanism. The grease is supplied from outside of the red zone to the pod at low-pressure through a hose having at least a 1 inch inside diameter and is usually at least 100 feet long. The pod pressurizes the grease to a high-pressure and distributes the grease via a distribution mechanism to a relatively short hose, generally less than 8 feet between the distribution mechanism and the greasing point on the wellhead, in order to minimize pressure losses.
