    摘要: A disc brake for a motor vehicle has a brake carrier, brake pads, a brake caliper mounted on the brake carrier in an axially movable manner, a clamping device having a pressure piece with an internal thread, and an adjusting unit having an adjusting spindle (22) for adjusting a clearance of the disc brake. The adjusting spindle (22) has an external thread (28) and is screwed into the internal thread of the pressure piece and is adjusted axially via rotary movement by a resetting tool. A cylindrical adapter (32.1) is inserted into a recess (30) of the adjusting spindle (22) at an end of the adjusting spindle (22) facing away from the brake pads. The adapter (32.1) has a cavity (34) in its center designed as a tool interface for the resetting tool.

    摘要: A disc brake includes a brake caliper that engages over a brake disc and is designed as a sliding caliper. The disc brake has two brake pads which are located in the brake caliper, can be moved in opposite directions and each of which has a pad backing plate with a friction lining secured thereon. An action-side or application-side brake pad of the two brake pads can be pressed against the brake disc by a brake application device with the aid of at least one brake plunger. The brake also includes at least one restoring device, by which the brake caliper can be returned after a displacement and release of the brakes caused by a braking action. The restoring device has a spreading device which engages on the brake pads lying opposite one another and which acts with an identical force in opposition to the respective application direction. The spreading device includes spring-loaded spreading elements, each engaging on its respective pad backing plate. The spreading device is located in the central opening and the spreading elements engage directly or indirectly, outside the friction linings, on at least two contact regions of the brake pads, the regions facing each other at a distance from the center. Each contact region has a contact surface and a support surface, on which surfaces the spreading elements are movably located.

    摘要: The invention relates to a brake actuator for an aircraft hydraulic brake, which is intended to be added into one of the cavities of a brake ring, the actuator comprising a liner (1) designed to be housed sealingly in the cavity of the ring, a piston (3) mounted to slide sealingly in the liner along an axis of sliding (X) so as to apply a braking force on friction pads when a fluid is introduced under pressure into the cavity, and having a determined operational travel, a wear compensation device (10) which defines a position to which the piston retreats into the liner by means of a mobile stop (11) that can be moved forward by the piston as a braking force is applied, and an elastic return member (16) returning the piston towards the retracted position bearing against the mobile stop. According to the invention, the mobile stop is reduced to a friction member rubbing against the liner, such that one of the faces of the friction member serves as a stop defining the retracted position of the piston, and the other of the faces serves as a support for the elastic return member, the elastic member having, when compressed, a sufficient increase in force in order to be able to push back the mobile stop in the event that the piston is not in contact with the friction pads while its operational travel is already exhausted.

The piston 65 is fixed to the holder 8 using a plurality of screws 66, and therefore the piston 65 applies a pressing force to the brake pad 7 uniformly without the need for guidance by a guide.
