    摘要: A fluid mover includes a hollow body with a straight-through passage of substantially constant cross-section with an inlet end an outlet end for the entry and discharge respectively of a working fluid. A nozzle substantially circumscribes and opens into the passage intermediate the inlet and outlet ends. An inlet communicates with the nozzle for the introduction of a transport fluid, and a mixing chamber is formed within the passage downstream of the nozzle. The nozzle internal geometry and the bore profile upstream of the nozzle exit optimise the energy transfer between the transport fluid and working fluid. Working fluids are atomised to form a dispersed vapour/droplet flow with locally supersonic conditions within a pseudo-vena contracta, resulting in the creation of a supersonic condensation shock wave within the downstream mixing chamber by the condensation of the transport fluid. Methods of moving and processing fluids using the fluid mover are also disclosed.

    摘要: A Venturi tube assembly includes: a Venturi tube having a body section with an inlet end, an outlet end and an internal flow passage between the inlet end and the outlet end, a pneumatic sucking passage outward extending from a low static pressure section of the internal flow passage to an outer circumference of the body section; and a blocking member having an exhaustion space for communicating the outlet end with the atmosphere, a blocking body movable between an unblocking position and a blocking position and a micro-section movable between a full open position and a micro-position. When positioned in the full open position, the exhaustion space fully communicates the outlet end with the atmosphere, whereby full amount of airflow is exhausted from the outlet end to the atmosphere. When positioned in the micro-position, only a micro-amount of airflow is exhausted from the outlet end to the atmosphere.

The aspirator system also includes an aspirator barrel connecting the aspirator body to the inflatable evacuation device, having connected inflation chambers wrapping around a circumference of the aspirator barrel and arranged along a length of the aspirator barrel, and being configured to provide an aspirator barrel chamber for guiding the atmospheric gas to the inflatable evacuation device when the aspirator barrel is inflated. The aspirator system also includes a showerhead nozzle connected to the connected inflation chambers, configured to direct high-pressure gas to inflate the aspirator barrel and compel intake of atmospheric gas through the plurality of flapper doors, to inflate the inflatable evacuation device.

    摘要: A Venturi pump used for sucking powder from a supply, diluting the same, then feeding it to a gun via a conveyor pipe. The pump comprises an outer body, at least one powder suction duct, at least two air connections, of which a first air connection is capable of supplying an injector to create a vacuum inside the suction duct and a second air connection is capable of supplying a dilution air circuit separate from the powder flow. The pump including at least one powder outlet nozzle centered on an axis of diffusion, the inlet of which is located downstream from the first air connection and the suction duct. At least one protection barrier contains a non-return valve disposed inside the dilution air circuit and at least one outlet tip of the dilution circuit disposed around the nozzle and also connected to the conveyor pipe.
