摘要: An air supply device for an internal combustion engine may include at least one air chamber and at least two intake pipes, which are connected to the at least one air chamber. The intake pipes may each be designed to supply air to respective cylinders of the internal combustion engine, and they each may have intake pipe end portion assigned to a corresponding inlet opening. Via the inlet openings, air can move from an air chamber interior of the at least one air chamber into respective intake pipe interiors of the at least two intake pipes and also via the intake pipe interiors to the cylinders. The intake pipe end portions may end in the air chamber interior and overlap in at least one direction, which is oriented perpendicularly to at least one center axis of at least one of the intake pipe end portions at a common overlapping region.

摘要: A supercharger structure for an all terrain vehicle or a utility vehicle includes an engine body and a supercharging device. The engine body includes a cylinder having an intake passage and an outtake passage. The supercharging device includes a supercharger, a throttle, an intake manifold, and at least one nozzle. The supercharger includes a chamber having an inlet coupled with the throttle and an outlet connected to the intake manifold. The intake manifold and the at least one nozzle intercommunicate with the intake passage. The at least one nozzle is connected to a fuel supply pipe of a vehicle. External air is drawn in by a guiding device in the chamber, flows through the throttle and the inlet into the chamber, and is pressurized. The pressurized air flows through the intake manifold to mix with fuel ejected by the at least one nozzle and then enters the cylinder.

An ignition plug is disposed above the peripheral wall portion along the reference axis. A fuel injection valve is disposed in a position inclined with respect to the reference axis toward an opening formed in an inner surface of the peripheral wall portion.

The intake conduit also includes a body having an inner wall defining a passageway coupling the inlet and outlet openings. The inner wall has a maximum lateral dimension measured transverse to a central axis of the passageway within a plane that interests both the inlet and outlet openings. The maximum lateral dimension is located adjacent the outlet opening.

摘要: A two-wheeled vehicle is provided including a frame, front and rear ground-engaging members each supporting the frame, a straddle-type seat, a handlebar for steering the vehicle, at least one light device configured to operate in a hazard mode, an engine supported by the frame and operably coupled to the ground-engaging members, a tilt sensor, and a vehicle control unit in communication with the tilt sensor. The vehicle control unit is operative to detect a tilt angle of the vehicle based on output from the tilt sensor. The vehicle control unit is operative to determine a tip-over condition of the vehicle based on the detected tilt angle exceeding a threshold tilt angle. The vehicle control unit activates the hazard mode of the at least one light in response to the determination of the tip-over condition.

摘要: An air intake duct of a motorcycle extends rearwardly from a front portion of a motorcycle body so as to pass laterally of the left side of a motorcycle frame structure, and incoming wind is supplied as an intake air through the air intake duct to a combustion engine. The air intake duct is divided in a widthwise direction of the motorcycle. An upper dividing face of the air intake duct is disposed inward of an intermediate position, in a motorcycle widthwise direction, of the air intake duct.

摘要: A straddle-type vehicle comprises a supercharging device which compresses intake-air to be sent to a combustion chamber of an engine; a catalyst provided in an exhaust passage through which an exhaust gas emitted from the engine flows; and a control section which controls the engine, wherein the control section performs an increase suppressing control for suppressing an increase in an exhaust gas temperature, in a case where the control section estimates that the exhaust gas temperature has exceeded an increase suppressing temperature set to be equal to or lower than a catalyst permissible temperature.
