摘要: An anti-release mechanism of a pin-grabber coupler securing a work tool connected to a work machine is disclosed. The anti-release mechanism comprises an actuator, a wedge, a latch, a guide rod connecting the wedge and the latch, and a bias member on a first guide rod end of the guide rod biasing the latch and the wedge together. The wedge and the latch lock around a pin of the work tool and maintain the wedge against the pin of the work tool during a loss of engagement force of the wedge against the pin.

摘要: A common connection apparatus for coupling a power tool to an extensible arm and a power supply, the apparatus including a tool support base designed to support a tool, and a power supply support base designed to be affixed to the end of the extensible arm. The tool support base and the power supply support base each include a plurality of power connectors, positioned for engagement when the bases are aligned. The tool support base also has an alignment stab, which is received within a channel of the power supply support base. A plurality of pins are further positioned on the tool support base, to be received in apertures of the power supply support base. By this configuration, the bases may be aligned and engaged, facilitating the transmission of power from the machinery to which the arm is affixed, to the tool.

The coupler has first and second spaced-apart coupling formations for coupling with respective corresponding coupling formation of the attachment. The coupler also has a power actuated locking member for retaining the respective attachment coupling formation in engagement with the first coupling formation. A detection system is capable of detecting if the respective attachment coupling formation is in a desired position with respect to the first coupling formation, wherein the detecting means comprises at least one non-contact sensor, preferably an ultrasonic sensor.

The securing element is actuable by a double-acting, reversible actuator and is movable both into an opening and a closing position.

摘要: A quick coupler includes a coupler body having a first hook, a lock member, a slidable second hook, a hydraulic cylinder, and a connecting pin connecting the cylinder and coupler body. The lock member is movable between locking and unlocking positions in which the lock member protrudes into and retracts from an opening of the first hook. The cylinder includes first and second end portions connected to the coupler body and the second hook, respectively. The cylinder extends and contracts to cause the second hook to slide away from and towards the first hook, respectively. The coupler body includes a support hole moveably supporting the connecting pin in an extension and contraction direction of the cylinder. The first end portion of the cylinder moves away from the second end portion within a movability range of the connecting pin to move the lock member from the unlocking to locking position.

摘要: Provided is a vibration damper for a high load, including: a vibration body support portion having first shaft support portions; rotation shafts that are rotatably installed at the first shaft support portions, have eccentric portions eccentric with respect to rotation centers of the rotation shafts and are spaced a predetermined gap from each other; a support portion having second shaft support portions on which the eccentric portions are rotatably supported; an elastic member that is installed between the vibration body support portion and the support portion or between the vibration body support portion and the second shaft support portions and that elastically supports the support portion with respect to the vibration body support portion in an upward direction; and a rotation synchronization unit that is installed at the rotation shafts so as to synchronize rotation directions of the rotation shafts according to vibration. The vibration damper for a high load can be applied to various construction machines, and excavators and can prevent vibration generated from various attachments from being transferred to a boom or car body of an excavator or a construction machine.

摘要: A quick coupler for coupling an attachment, such as a digging bucket, to an evacuator machine. The quick coupler includes a first fixed jaw for a first coupling pin of the attachment. The quick coupler includes a latch cooperating with the first fixed jaw, which is moveable to a latched position for retaining the first coupling pin. A moveable jaw is provided that is able to slide, under power of a hydraulic ram, to a closed position retaining the second coupling pin. A locking arm assumes a locked position, while the latch assumes the latched position, preventing withdrawal of the moveable jaw from the closed position. Consequently, in the event of a hydraulic failure the locking arm simultaneously locks both the first attachment coupling pin, by means of the latch, and the second attachment coupling pin by means of preventing movement of the movable jaw from the closed position.
