摘要： A coupler for coupling an implement having first and second spaced apart parallel pins, to the arm of a vehicle. The coupler has a body for attaching to the vehicle arm, a first fixed jaw, a movable second jaw facing away from the first jaw, and an actuator to selectively move the second jaw towards and away from the first jaw. The first jaw includes a lip forward of the seat for the first pin. A first locking member is pivotable between a locking position, in which a portion of the locking member protrudes into the opening of the first jaw, and an unlocked position. A second locking member is pivotable between a locking position in which a portion of the second locking member constricts the opening of the second jaw, and an unlocked position. Movement of the second jaw causes movement of the first locking member.

The coupling system comprises linkage assembly anchoring arms engaging complementary tractor inclined ramps. The arms have notches engaging upper rim members and lower cam members. The cam members are movable between arms/ramps locking/unlocking conditions. A cam member release preventing safety device is provided, to prevent accidental release of the coupling system. This safety device includes sliding stops, over-center compression spring mounted connector rod members, a transverse link, a push link and a hand lever for deactivating the safety device.

A pilot-operated second check valve is connected to the lock cylinder unlock side chamber, a solenoid-operated second directional control valve connected between the second check valve and the first directional control valve. The first and second directional control valves are controlled by a controller with processed signals input from a mode selector switch, first sensor detecting a buck closing pilot pressure, and second sensor detecting a bucket closing working pressure.

摘要： A coupler to secure a work attachment to a work vehicle is disclosed. The work attachment includes a first pin and a second pin, while the coupler body has a first engagement portion which is configured to accept the first pin and a second engagement portion configured to accept the second pin. The coupler body has a guide and a slider configured to slide along the guide. The body of the slider includes a first locking portion and a second locking portion. The coupler has a trigger located on the coupler body such that the trigger is released by contact with the second pin, and a first actuator that is activated by release of the trigger. When the trigger is released, the first actuator moves the slider along the guide into an engaged position where the first locking portion engages and retains the first pin in the first engagement portion of the coupler body and the second locking portion engages and retains the second pin in the second engagement portion of the coupler body at the same time.

Such combinations may range from a single clamping unit mounted on the mounting assembly to a mixture of clamping units and support units mounted on the mounting assembly to several clamping units mounted on the mounting assembly. The clamping units may have alternative pivot points to permit jaws of the clamping unit to close at different speeds and with different forces. One or more fangs may be removably mounted on a clamping unit to enhance its grip.
