摘要： A safety apparatus includes a safety fabric that in use is positioned in an access opening of a subsurface chamber. The safety fabric has a mesh with a plurality of mesh openings and a band formed around a perimeter of the mesh. At least one safety indicator is attached to the band by at least one strap. The safety indicator may be positioned outside of the access opening by extension of the strap when the safety fabric is positioned in the access opening. The subsurface chamber with the access opening may be an inlet chamber of a lift station.

摘要： Disclosed is a cover for a utility vault and a method for making such covers. The cover is formed from fiberglass reinforcement layers, a low-density core, and a polymer mix matrix. The reinforcement layers include a bottom reinforcement layer, one or more edge reinforcement layers, and a top reinforcement layer. A first portion of the edge reinforcement layer overlaps a portion of the bottom reinforcement layer and a second portion of the edge reinforcement layer overlaps a portion of the top reinforcement layer. The core is positioned between the top and bottom reinforcement layers. The reinforcement layers are formed from fiberglass fabric and may include fiberglass layers whose fibers are oriented quadraxially. The polymer mix impregnates the fabric layers, encases the core, and binds the components together. The polymer matrix includes a thermoset polymer resin.

摘要： An earthen work bulk form construction has a wire mesh facing and granular compactable fill with stabilizing members projecting horizontally into the fill from the front facing. The front facing is comprised of modular shaped panels which form a mosaic pattern that enables construction of the wall with non-adjacent panels serving to facilitate and support adjacent panels. Connection of the stabilizing members to the front panels is effected through a quick engagement and locking handle bar connector. A handle bar connector is used for connecting a cast in place front wall to the front panels and bulk form.

摘要： A composite utility tunnel including a plurality of prefabricated tunnel units which are connected to one another. Each tunnel unit includes a tunnel body and a support component. The tunnel body includes a liner layer, a structural layer and an outer protective layer from inside to outside in the radial direction. The liner layer includes a flame-retardant resin and a flame-retardant fabric. The structural layer at least includes a plurality of bamboo strip layers including winding bamboo strips to which a water-soluble resin is adhered. The outer protective layer at least includes flame-retardant resin; and the support component is secured to an inner surface of the tunnel body.
