    摘要: A milling device is disclosed. The milling device may have a shaft. The shaft may have a shaft axis (A). The milling device may also have a spindle drum rotatably mounted relative to the shaft axis (A) and rotatable about a spindle drum axis (B) coaxial to the shaft axis (A). Further, the milling device may have a plurality of tool spindles rotatably mounted in the spindle drum and rotatable about tool spindle axes (D). Each tool spindle axis (D) may be parallely arranged and spaced apart from the shaft axis (A) and may have a same distance to the shaft axis (A). The milling machine may also have a plurality of machining tools carried by the tool spindles. At least two of the plurality of machining tools may be positioned displaced from one another in a direction of the shaft axis (A).

    摘要: In a texture curing machine for the subsequent treatment of freshly produced concrete layers of a predetermined width, in particular concrete roadways extending longitudinally in the direction of travel, comprising a machine frame supported by ground-engaging units, with no less than one texturing device movable transverse to the working direction for applying a texture, by means of multiple texturing tools, into the not yet hardened surface of the concrete layer, and with a controller unit for adjusting the travelling speed in the direction of travel, it is provided for the following features to be achieved: the controller unit captures the travelling speed and/or the traversing speed of the texturing device and, during forward or reverse travel, controls the travelling speed and/or the traversing speed of the texturing device in transverse direction in accordance with a specified texturing angle, with the texturing angle ensuing from the relation of the speeds.

    摘要: A cutting apparatus is described, capable of cutting hard materials including asphalt and concrete. The cutting apparatus is particularly well suited for attachment to a skid steer or other transportation implement. When attached to a skid steer the apparatus includes a frame that allows the cutting system to slide from side to side, slide up and down, or rotate about a vertical axis while held in a cutting position by the skid steer boom. The cutting apparatus also includes an airflow member that affectively creates an air turbulence to thereby confine debris and dust within a shroud and to direct the debris and dust against a surface of the shroud to a localized exit at a minimized velocity.

    摘要: A grader blade mounted to a support frame has an auger-grinder mounted ahead of the grader blade. The auger-grinder has a first helical vane fixed to a rotatable axle with a plurality of teeth attached to and protruding outwardly from the auger. A shroud above and partially surrounding the auger-grinder has an inner shroud end wall, an outer shroud end wall and bearings in which the axle is journaled transverse to the direction of travel. A beater is fixed to the axle between an inner end of the helical vane and the inner wall. The beater has a plurality of paddles extending outwardly from the axle. An inner barrier wall is attached to the inner shroud wall and extends forward of the auger-grinder. A drive link is connected to the axle for connection to a prime mover for driving the axle in rotation.

    摘要: A trip hazard removing apparatus includes a saw head and blade connected to guide rail(s), which are connected to a support structure, which is connected to lift arm(s) of a vehicle. The vehicle moves the trip hazard removing apparatus between trip hazards occurring between upper and lower slabs of a sidewalk, placing it on the lower slab adjacent to and in contact with a trip hazard, and lifting it after removing the trip hazard. A trip hazard engaging mechanism automatically locates the saw blade's position and angle relative to and above the upper slab to create appropriate transition surface(s) between the upper and lower slabs as it cuts off the trip hazard. The guide rail(s) allow placing the saw blade facing the sidewalk's side surface. The saw head and blade are moved along the guide rail(s) across the upper slab and through the side surfaces to remove the trip hazard.

    摘要: A system for controlling a cutting machine for cutting rumble strips in a road surface includes a rotatable cutting head, a cylinder for driving the cutting head out of and into contact with the road surface, and a controller. The controller is programmed to execute an input/output function for varying a proportional gain and an error amplification signal over a range of forward speed of the cutting machine. An I/O function is based on six predetermined cutting machine speed values; wherein a proportional gain and a depth increment are specified for each speed value. The respective speed values increase progressively. As an actual forward speed of the cutting machine varies between two of the six predetermined input speed values a linear interpolation is applied between the next lower and the next greater speed value to vary the instantaneous proportional gain and depth increment to be applied by the controller.

    摘要: A concrete removing apparatus comprises a claw, a cleaving blade, and a bracket. The claw generally has a lower portion, a back portion, and an upper portion. The lower portion generally has a bottom surface, a sloped top surface, and extends forward from the back portion. The upper portion generally extends forward from the back portion partially overhanging the bottom portion and forming a locking notch defined by a front edge of the back portion, a bottom surface of the upper portion, and the top surface of the bottom portion. The cleaving blade is generally attached to a rear surface of the back portion of the claw. The bracket is generally mounted on a top surface of the upper portion of the claw and configured to pivotally connect the bracket to an arm and a hydraulic cylinder of a construction machine.
