    摘要: The present invention relates in one aspect to a method for producing a transgenic plant, comprising introducing into an unmodified plant an exogenous gene encoding a nitrite reductase, wherein expression of the nitrite reductase encoded by the exogenous gene reduces nitrite content in the transgenic plant relative to the unmodified plant.
