    摘要: Process for extracting unwanted acidic compounds from a drinkable liquid which includes: arranging, in a first tank (2), a liquid (L) has at least one unwanted acidic compound; conveying the liquid (L) to a membrane separation unit (3); separating, in the membrane unit (3), the liquid (L) into a retentate (R) and a permeate (P) mainly containing the unwanted acidic compound; adjusting the conductivity of the permeate (P) at a minimum threshold value greater than 200 μS susceptible to dissociate at least a fraction of the unwanted acidic compound into corresponding ions; flowing the permeate (P) through an electrodialysis unit (6), extracting at least part of said ions, to obtain one concentrate (C), containing the aforesaid ions, and one deacidified permeate (Pd) substantially without such ions; mixing the deacidified permeate (Pd) with the retentate (R) to obtain the deacidified final drinkable liquid.

    摘要: A method of producing multiple beverage products from a solution is presented. The method comprises providing the solution in a first container, with the solution having a concentration of a dissolved component. A portion of the solution is provided to a second container, and the portion of the solution in the second container is separated into a permeate and a retentate. The permeate has a lower concentration of the dissolved component and the retentate has a higher concentration of the dissolved component. The permeate is fed back into the first container to form a mixture of solution and permeate in the first container. A portion of the mixture is circulated with a portion of the retentate in the second container, forming a combination. The combination is then separated. The process may be repeated with the permeate from the combination separation being fed back to the first container, while the retentate from the separation of the combination is fed back into the second container.

    摘要: A method for tartaric stabilization, in particular for wine, and an apparatus for its implementation are provided. The wine to be treated is placed in a container and conveyed into a filtering unit. A permeated liquid is sent to a tartaric stabilisation unit for treatment. The tartaric stabilisation unit can operated by means of ionic exchange resins, electrodialysis or other separation processes. The treated liquid is reunited with a retained liquid at the outlet of the filtering unit to obtain a treated wine. Also provided are a cyclical operation of the apparatus and a cyclical method.
