摘要: A pyrolysis vapor outlet anti-coking device of adsorbing medium self-recycling regeneration includes a particle flow adsorbing system and a medium burning regeneration recycling system in mutual communication. The particle flow adsorbing system is configured to enable an easy-to-coke component to be adsorbed on an outer surface of an adsorbing medium to form a coking layer, and convey the a coking adsorbing medium into the medium burning regeneration recycling system. The medium burning regeneration recycling system is configured to quickly burn the coking layer on the outer surface of the adsorbing medium to realize regeneration of the adsorbing medium and convey the regenerated adsorbing medium into the particle flow adsorbing system for recycling use.

摘要: Embodiments of processes for upgrading a petroleum-based composition while decreasing plugging comprise mixing a supercritical water stream with a pressurized, heated petroleum-based composition in a mixing device to create a combined feed stream, and introducing to a supercritical upgrading reactor system are provided. The processes also comprise cooling the upgraded product in a cooling device, and decreasing the pressure of the cooled upgraded product in a pressure reducer. To reduce plugging, the processes also comprises injecting plug remover solution into one or more of the following injection locations: an injection port on a process line connecting the mixing device with the upgrading reactor system; an injection port on a process line connecting the upgrading reactor system with the cooling device; or an injection port on a process line connecting the cooling device with the pressure reducer.

摘要: An integrated slurry hydroprocessing and steam pyrolosyis system for the production of olefins and aromatic petrochemicals from a crude oil feedstock is provided. Crude oil, a steam pyrolysis residual liquid fraction and slurry reside are combined and treated in a hydroprocessing zone in the presence of hydrogen under conditions effective to produce an effluent having an increased hydrogen content. The effluent is thermally cracked with steam under conditions effective to produce a mixed product stream and steam pyrolysis residual liquid fraction. The mixed product stream is separated and olefins and aromatics are recovered and hydrogen is purified and recycled.

摘要: An integrated vapor-liquid separation device is provided in conjunction with a steam pyrolysis cracking unit operation. In certain aspects, a feed is charged to the inlet of a convection portion of a steam pyrolysis unit where the feed is heated to conditions effective for steam cracking The convection section effluent is separated in a vapor-liquid separator and the separator vapor effluent is charged to the inlet steam cracking portion of the steam pyrolysis zone. The liquid effluent can be further processed, recycled within the system or a combination thereof. In additional aspects, a feed separated upstream of the convection portion of a steam pyrolysis unit using a flash vessel equipped with a vapor-liquid separator device described herein.
