    摘要: A tamper resistant thermoformed container having a tray and a lid, where the tray has an inside shelf between the cavity floor and a second shelf that extends to a cavity rim, where the lid has a sealing slot formed to engage the inside shelf of the tray, and where the lid also has a latching tab formed to fit into a matching latching hole on the tray. This structure keeps the lid on the tray by a combination of friction between the lid sealing slot and the tray inside shelf, plus interference between the latching tab and the latching hole.

    摘要: A universal cap seal for fifty-five gallon drums designed to fit over bung flanges and rims in drums of varying size and varying height. The universal cap seal comprises a body having a flat upper surface and an internal surface. The flat upper surface of the body includes a channel that holds a tamper evident lifting band. The lifting band has a lifting tab that enables the user to remove the cap seal from the flange. A sidewall extends from the flat upper surface. A shield extends downwardly from the sidewall and includes a plurality of individual pivotal segments separated by a plurality of slits. The internal surface of the body includes at least two downwardly extending internal snap elements that frictionally engage an outer portion of the flange.

The screw cap (1) has a head plate (2) with a cylindrical lateral cap surface (3,provided with an internal thread (4) and wherein the tamperproof band (5) has a flexible band (6) and is connected to the lower periphery of the lateral cap surface (3) via one or more easy-tear elements (7). In order to create a screw closure which has a flexible band and, even with relatively large tolerance deviations between the closure and container neck, still ensures that the tamperproof band can be reliably torn off is thus providing enhanced functional reliability. The flexible band (6) is a continuously encircling flexible band which, distributed over its circumference, has portions (8) which can be extended easily and, therebetween, portions (9) which are less easy to extend.

A lid includes a plurality of spaced apart resilient flange/protrusion elements extending outwardly from a bottom portion of an annular portion of the lid; the flanges/protrusion elements being snap-fit engageable within an upward facing annular groove of the base.
