    摘要： In a sheet forming part 2 of a soft capsule manufacturing apparatus 1, a drum drive system 27 which forms a gelatin sheet 13, and a pickup roller drive system 28 which peels off the gelatin sheet 13 are constructed to drive separately from each other. In the drum drive system 27, a film-sheet forming drum 23 is driven by a first motor 271, while in the pickup-roller drive system 28, a pickup roller 24 is driven by a second motor 281. The first motor and the second motor are controlled in speed separately from each other, so that the film-sheet forming drum rotates at a suitable speed for forming film sheet on the peripheral surface and the pickup roller rotates at a suitable speed for peeling off the adhered film sheet on the peripheral surface of the film-sheet forming drum, whereby gelatin sheet jamming and double-rolling on the film-sheet forming drum, which would be caused by too weak peeling force of the pickup roller, and gelatin sheet damage between the pickup roller and the film-sheet forming drum, which would be caused by too strong peeling force.

    摘要： An exothermic composition powder is sealed in a bag body of synthetic resin film having a top sheet pierced to form a number of vent holes, and the inside of the top sheet is provided with a leakage preventive sheet for preventing leakage of the exothermic composition powder through the vent holes. A closing sheet for closing the vent holes is releasable stuck to the outside of the air-permeable sheet. The bag body comprises the top sheet and a back sheet having airtightness, and the region of the top sheet excluding the peripheral edge thereof is formed with a number of said vent holes in the form of fine holes or small holes. This makes it possible to provide easy and inexpensive production, to prevent leakage of the exothermic composition powder inside the bag body, and to dispense with the conventional sealing bag.

    摘要： A number of spaced apart first and second cavities are continuously formed in first and second thin sheets of material, respectively. Each of the first and second cavities has an edge at an opening thereof. The formed first and second cavities travel in paths that are downwardly inclined from the horizontal and approach each other. A number of first bodies are fed into the first cavities, respectively, where each of the first bodies has a liquid tight interior cavity that contains a volume of a first liquid. This liquid is one that when mixed with a second liquid starts a chemiluminescent reaction. The edge of each of the first cavities is sealed progressively with the respective edge of a second cavity, while injecting the second liquid into one or both of the first and second cavities that are being sealed. This forms a liquid tight second body that contains the first body and a second volume of the second liquid.
