摘要: A bike brake lever with an adjustable sensor device includes a main body and a sensor device. 摘要: A method and a system for calculating a work done by pedaling and a smart pedal are provided. The method is adapted for a calculation apparatus to calculate a work done by a user pedaling a bicycle apparatus including a smart pedal disposed at an end of a crank arm opposite to a chainring and an orientation sensor for detecting a rotation angle of the crank arm. In the method, a pedaling force applied by the user to the smart pedal is detected by using a pressure sensor; meanwhile, the rotation angle of the crank arm when the user pedals the smart pedal is detected by using the orientation sensor. The work done by the user on the smart pedal is calculated based on the pedaling force and the rotation angle of the crank arm detected at each time point within a time period that the user applies the force.

摘要: A wheel telemetry system providing a set of riding information to a rider, while riding a bicycle, by measuring the acceleration of the wheel(s) of the bicycle with respect to one or more of the x-, y-, or z-axes is disclosed. The system features a wheel-mounted portion and a control unit in wireless communication. The wheel-mounted portion is attached to one or both bicycle wheels and comprises an accelerometer, pressure sensor, and/or temperature sensor as well as a programmable microcontroller. The accelerometer monitors the movement of the wheel(s) in one or more of the x-, y-, and z-planes. Accelerometer data, (and optionally the tire pressure data and/or the temperature data), is transmitted to the control unit for monitoring and/or data logging. Movement of a previously motionless bicycle may also be used to trigger an alarm when the control unit is not detected within a predetermined distance from the bicycle.

摘要: A measuring device for a pedal plane angle of a bicycle includes a pedal body, an angle sensing unit and a central processing unit (CPU). The angle sensing unit is disposed in an accommodating chamber of the pedal body, and senses an angle of the pedal body to send an angle sensing signal. The CPU analyzes the angle sensing signal to obtain angle data of the pedal body relative to an angle of a reference plane to accordingly learn an angle relationship between the pedal body and the reference plane. The angle relationship may coordinate with other sensing units, for example, data of a pedaling force sensing unit to mutually correct and analyze the data, so as to obtain correct pedaling force information. With the angle data, whether a pedaling angle of a rider is correct can be learned to prevent sports injuries caused by incorrect pedaling angles.

A controller is programmed to instruct the first motor to rotate in a first direction in response to a signal from the sensor that the frame is in the bicycle configuration, and to instruct the first motor to rotate in a second direction opposite the first direction in response to a signal from the sensor that the frame is in the personal transporter configuration.
