    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a tandem walking beam suspension system which comprises a main walking beam pivotably mounted to the vehicle sub-frame, a first pair of spaced apart and parallel secondary walking beams pivotably mounted about the main walking beam first end, a second pair of spaced apart and parallel secondary walking beams pivotably mounted about the main walking beam second end, a first pair of rollers rotatably mounted in-between and to the first pair of secondary walking beams, and a second pair of rollers rotatably mounted in-between and to the second pair of secondary walking beams, the first and second pairs of rollers being configured to roll along the track when the track-mounted vehicle is in displacement. The system may further comprise a compression device connecting the sub-frame and the main walking beam such as to provide vertical displacement of the main walking beam relatively to the sub-frame.

    摘要: A tracked vehicle has a pivotable suspension. The vehicle includes a vehicle frame, a motor configured to produce power for the vehicle, and left and right track assemblies that are each connected to the frame. The assemblies each have a drive wheel configured to be driven by the motor, an endless track driven by the drive wheel, wherein the endless track has an outer side and an inner side, a bogie positioned on the inner side of the endless track, a support wheel attached to the bogie and configured to roll on the endless track, a strut connected to the frame and to the bogie, and a shock absorber connected to the frame and to the strut. The strut and the shock absorber are pivotable relative to the frame. The vehicle may have low ground pressure, consistent traction, and may be modularly configured with a floatable hull for aquatic travel.

    摘要: A suspension assembly is provided for use with a vehicle having a chassis enclosing a drive system for rotatably driving a closed-loop track. The suspension assembly includes at least one elongated ground contact engaged with the closed-loop track, and an elongated swing arm angularly disposed in the closed-loop track. The swing arm extends between a front end portion adapted to be coupled to the chassis, and a rear end portion coupled to the at least one ground contact. A mounting arrangement is coupled to the swing arm for permitting at least rotation of the swing arm about a pivot axis extending longitudinally of the at least one ground contact wherein the mounting arrangement includes a wire rope mount.

    摘要: A working vehicle has an undercarriage assembly configured to drive the working vehicle over ground and a chassis connected to the undercarriage assembly through a suspension system. The suspension system includes a mechanical spring, the mechanical spring having a first end connected to the undercarriage assembly and a second end. The suspension system includes a hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder having a first portion that mounts to the second end of the mechanical spring and a second portion that connects to the chassis such that the mechanical spring and hydraulic cylinder are arranged in series between the undercarriage assembly and the chassis to modify the height of the chassis. The suspension system is configured to level the chassis to offset the effects of ballast weights or other external loads such as from a drawbar or 3-point hitch.

A rear arm has an end engaging the framework, an end engaging a rear portion of the skid rails, and a length approximately a length of the swing arm. The rear arm is positioned approximately parallel to the swing arm during a travel range of the suspension system for controlling an orientation of the skid rails.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a caterpillar track wheel with division of work between track and chain, methods for fitting unit track with flexible chain ring, methods for buffering prestress, and an open-dose type axle housing. Since a structure that each unit track is separated from a flexible chain ring is adopted, the thickness of the unit tracks does not influence the winding stress of the flexible chain ring and the unit tracks without thickness limitation can effectively disperse stress from the ground to more supporting wheels. Since the thinner flexible chain ring is only responsible for serially connecting the unit tracks and transmitting power, the winding stress and the tension change are reduced.
