摘要: The present embodiments relate to selection and execution of one or more output actions relating to a modification of at least one feature of a vehicle. A series of sensors on a vehicle can acquire data that can be used to identify vehicle environment characteristics indicative of a status of a vehicle environment and an emotional state of the user. The vehicle environment characteristics and the emotional state can be processed using a user model that corresponds to a user to generate one or more selected output actions. The output actions can be executed on the vehicle to increase user experience. The output actions can relate to any of entertainment features, safety features, and/or comfort features of the vehicle.

摘要: The subject disclosure relates to techniques for improving performance of a machine learning algorithm that at least receives data descriptive of a 3-D object and provides an output, where the 3-D object occurs infrequently in a training dataset. A process of the disclosed technology can include determining that the machine learning algorithm performed below a threshold performance score when receiving data descriptive of the 3-D object in a real-world scene, wherein the 3-D object is classified as a first type of object, creating at least one 3-D representation of the first type of object for use in a simulation, modifying a plurality of simulated scenes to include the at least one 3-D representation of the first type of object, and training the machine learning algorithm with the modified simulated scenes, whereby the machine learning algorithm has greater exposure to the first type of object.

摘要: An apparatus includes a position circuit structured to monitor a position of an accelerator of a vehicle and a speed circuit structured to monitor a speed of the vehicle. The position corresponds with an associated response of a prime mover of the vehicle. The associated response includes at least one of a torque output and a power output of the prime mover. The apparatus further includes a response management circuit structured to receive an indication regarding the position of the accelerator and the speed of the vehicle; determine that the indication satisfies a remapping condition, the remapping condition including at least one of a creep condition, an obstacle condition, a deceleration condition, and a reverse condition; and dynamically remap the associated response of the prime mover of the vehicle based on the position of the accelerator in response to the indication satisfying the remapping condition.

摘要: System, methods, and computer-readable media for extrinsically calibrating sensors on an autonomous vehicle (AV) by leveraging map data. By leveraging offline data, such as the map data on the AV, the extrinsic calibration of the sensors may be performed on road to update or check previous calibrations. Static objects are determined in the scene by leveraging a map with a semantic map layer and sensors are extrinsically calibrating using a portion of a set of static points associated with the determined static objects by determining relative positions and angles the sensors.

摘要: A control system for a motor vehicle, for outputting a controlled variable, with the aid of which a directly controlled variable of a motor vehicle is adjustable via suitable control operations, in order to adapt the directly controlled variable to a reference variable of the control system. The control system includes a controller, which is configured to output a first output variable on the basis of the directly controlled variable of the motor vehicle, and on the basis of the reference variable of the control system. The control system further includes a predictive model, which may be trained to output a second output variable that reflects a deviation of a driving behavior of a driver of the motor vehicle from the first output variable of the controller. The controlled variable of the control system encompasses an addition of the first output variable and the second output variable.

摘要: A motor control device includes an acquisition unit and a torque control unit that controls, by selectively using one of a first map and a second map, a motor torque defined in correspondence with a requested torque and an engine rotation speed in each of the first map and the second map. The torque control unit controls the motor torque using the first map when the battery temperature is less than a switch temperature lower than a limit start temperature at which the motor torque is limited, and controls the motor torque using the second map when the battery temperature is greater than or equal to the switch temperature and less than the limit start temperature. The second map includes a larger assist region than the first map. The assist region of the second map defines a smaller maximum torque than the assist region of the first map.

摘要: A system and method for measuring a driver’s actual driving behaviors (e.g., acceleration, deceleration) in a manual driving mode to determine their preferred driving style, and then causing an autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle to operate itself, within limits, in accordance with the drivers’ driving style when operating in a self-driving mode, thereby providing a more familiar and comfortable driving experience for the driver. Data is collected on the actual driving behavior, any pre-existing data is accessed on the actual driving behavior, and the collected data and the pre-existing data are combined. A custom control is then created based upon the combined data, and the custom control is applied to manage the self-driving behavior of the autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle in a self-driving mode. Additional data continues to be collected on the actual driving behavior, and the custom control is adjusted based upon the collected additional data.

摘要: Embodiments described herein relate to the field of transport, particularly motor vehicles. A motor with predictive adjustment is described, as well as a motor controller of a vehicle, which is capable of automatically adjusting a physical parameter of a motor, such as the width of the air gap of an electric motor. A motor of a vehicle can include at least one physical parameter capable of being adjusted according to characteristic data predicted from the current path of the vehicle based on data provided by at least one vehicle motor sensor. Thus, the motor can be automatically adjusted according to characteristic data predicted from the current path based on the data of a motor sensor for optimizing the use of the motor, with respect to a parameter such as power consumption, transmission efficiency, or rotor warming, regardless of the route.

摘要: A vehicular personalized adaptive cruise control system includes a forward-viewing camera viewing forward through a windshield of a vehicle, and an electronic control unit disposed at the vehicle. When the vehicle is operating in an adaptive cruise control mode, the system controls driving of the vehicle. When the equipped vehicle is not operating in the adaptive cruise control mode, a driver present in the vehicle drives the vehicle. The system identifies the driver via processing of image data captured by a cabin monitoring camera. When the identified driver drives the vehicle with the vehicle not operating in the adaptive cruise control mode, the system determines and stores personalized parameters for the identified driver. With the identified driver present in the vehicle, and when the vehicle is operating in the adaptive cruise control mode, the system uses the determined personalized parameters.

摘要: Aspects of the subject technology relate to systems and methods for adaptively controlling acceleration of a vehicle employing one pedal driving functionality. A full release of an accelerator pedal of a vehicle is detected while the vehicle travels at a first non-zero speed according to a default accelerator pedal map. When the full release of the accelerator pedal is detected, the vehicle decelerates, and the first accelerator pedal map is switched to an adaptive accelerator pedal map. While the vehicle decelerates, the adaptive accelerator pedal map is adjusted according to reduction of a speed of the vehicle. When a depression of the accelerator pedal to reaccelerate the vehicle pedal is detected while the vehicle decelerates and before the speed of the vehicle reaches zero, the vehicle is controlled to reaccelerate the vehicle according to the adjusted adaptive accelerator pedal map without further decelerating the vehicle.
