    摘要: A vehicle seat comprising: a seat cushion; a seat back; an actuator capable of changing an orientation of the seat back laterally by moving a pressure-receiving member and a controller configured to exercise control over the actuator. The controller includes a posture control unit configured to execute, during turning of a vehicle, a seat posture control under which the actuator is caused to move the pressure-receiving member from an initial position to an advanced position to cause the seat back to orient toward a turning direction. The posture control unit is configured to activate, when an execution time of the seat posture control has become equal to or greater than an execution time threshold value, a control under which the actuator is caused to move the pressure-receiving member from the advanced position to an intermediate position to reversely change the orientation of the seat back.

    摘要: A seat with an adjusting mechanism for selectively changing a contour and firmness of the seat. A force/pressure sensor is arranged between the contour of the seat which is in contact with the occupant, and the adjusting mechanism. The force/pressure sensor measures the actual force/pressure with which the occupant presses upon the seat, and which force/pressure is adjustable by the respective adjusting mechanism. A control unit stores a desired force/pressure value for the seat, and controls the adjusting mechanism to drive the actual force/pressure towards the desired force/pressure. The seat also has an operator interface which receives input from an operator. The control unit has a manual mode where the adjusting mechanism is only controlled by the operator interface. The control unit in the automatic mode records the actual value from the force/pressure sensor when the operator adjusts the seat through the interface. The control unit then sets the desired force/pressure to the present value of the force/pressure sensor. Once the operator is finished changing the adjusting mechanism, the control unit continues in automatic mode and performs any changes to the adjusting mechanism to drive the actual force/pressure from the force/pressure sensor for the value of the new desired force/pressure.

    摘要: The present invention includes a vehicle seat having a seat portion and a seatback. The vehicle seat further includes a plurality of air bladders disposed in the seat portion and a plurality of air bladders disposed in the seatback. The air bladders are configurable between fully inflated condition, fully deflated condition, and plurality of semi-inflated conditions. A controller is configured to control air bladder inflation, wherein the air bladders deflate to the fully deflated condition in response to an access signal received by the controller. The controller is further configured to control the seat position with regards to vertical and horizontal positions to provide greater access to the vehicle interior when entering or exiting the vehicle.

    摘要: In order to improve steering operation operability during cornering while maintaining a driver holding property, a seat apparatus is provided with: a seat back frame; a cornering sensor for detecting a cornering direction of a vehicle; and a control unit that controls the seat back frame on the basis of the result of detection by the cornering sensor. The seat back frame is provided with: left and right side frames disposed on both sides of the seat back frame; a back plate disposed between the left and right side frames; and a swinging mechanism for swinging the back plate with respect to the direction of movement of the vehicle. The control unit controls the swinging mechanism such that, upon detection of a cornering direction of the vehicle by the cornering sensor, the inner one of the sides of the back plate with respect to the cornering direction is positioned rearward of the outer one of the sides with respect to the cornering direction.
