    摘要: A damper interface device (DID) includes a microcontroller including a memory and a processor, at least one algorithm stored to the memory, and a DID connector configured to connect the microcontroller to a vehicle network without having to modify the wiring system of the vehicle. The algorithm is configured to receive network messages from the vehicle network via the DID connector, where the network messages include an input message directed to a suspension controller. The algorithm is executed by the processor to identify the input message as directed to the suspension controller, parse the input message for response requirements, determine contents of a response to the input message, where the contents of the response emulate a response of the suspension controller, and generate a response message including the contents of the response. The microcontroller is configured to output the response message to the vehicle network via the DID connector.

    摘要: An apparatus to correct the driving power of an actuator in a vehicle includes a comparator that compares a battery voltage of the vehicle with a predetermined reference voltage. A controller adjusts and outputs a duty ratio of a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal according to the compared result of the battery voltage and reference voltage. A switching element is switched on and off by the PWM signal and outputs the battery voltage after a transformation. An actuator operates by receiving the transformed battery voltage through the switching element. The actuator operates at a constant speed regardless of the variation of the battery voltage.

The failsafe actuator may include mechanical or electrical means to provide a failsafe function. Such a failsafe actuator may be used in a stabilizer bar system of a vehicle to ensure that at least one stabilizer bar is returned to a failsafe or engaged condition should a failure condition occur when the stabilizer bar is disengaged. Various failure conditions can include loss of electrical power to the actuator or some internal actuator failures.

    摘要: Damping arrangement for an axle of an active chassis of a motor vehicle. A damping system interacts with each wheel of the axle. Each of the damping systems includes the following assemblies: a damper including a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and a piston, a hydraulic pump and an electric motor for driving same, and a hydraulic unit which includes a hydraulic reservoir and valves. The hydraulic pump and the hydraulic unit of the respective damping system interact with hydraulic chambers of the hydraulic cylinder in such a manner that a movement of the piston in a first or in a second operating direction can be provided depending on the delivery direction of the hydraulic pump. The electric motors of both damping systems are connected to a common control device and can be actuated thereby, wherein the common control device has electronic assemblies which are distributed on different printed circuit boards.
