    摘要: Provided is a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire including the steps of: shaping a cylindrical film formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composite in which a thermoplastic resin is blended with an elastomer, folding the film into a sheet shape, laminating rubber layers on both surfaces of the folded film, opening the laminate of the film and the rubber layers into a cylindrical shape, fitting the laminate thus opened on a tire making drum, forming the tire pneumatic tire including the film as an air permeation preventing layer, and curing the uncured tire. In the method, when the rubber layers are laminated on the both surfaces of the folded film, positions of the rubber layers in a width direction are displaced from each other such that an end portion of one of the rubber layers is arranged to protrude from an end portion of the film and an end portion of the other one of the rubber layer is arranged on an inner side, in the width direction, of the protruding end portion of the one of the rubber layers, and the protruding end portion of the one of the rubber layers is caused to cover the end portion of the other one of the rubber layers in a state where the laminate is fitted on the tire making drum. By employing the manufacturing method for the pneumatic tire, troubles due to a splice portion of the rubber layers can be reduced.

    摘要: There is provided a pneumatic radial tire for a motorcycle whose turning stability is improved by achieving both grounding performance and lateral rigidity at high level. A mono-spiral belt (MSB) (3) includes steel cords whose tensile break strength is 5.9 Pa or more. A value Tc of a number of driven cords in the MSB (per 25 mm in width) at an equator of the tire and a value Ts at shoulder parts thereof meet requirements of 17≦Tc≦24 and 0.6≦Ts/Tc≦0.9. A disposed width BW of the MSB meets a requirement of 0.6≦BW/TW≦1.0. At least one textile-reinforcing layer having tensile break strength of 5.9 Pa or more is disposed at both ends of the MSB while overlapping with the MSB. An overlap of the MSB with the textile-reinforcing layer is 4 to 10 times of the diameter D of the steel cords in the MSB.
