    摘要: A press machine includes a servo amplifier configured to supply a drive current to a servo motor, current detecting means for detecting the drive current, rotational angle detecting means for detecting a rotational angle of a rotary motion, speed setting means, determination means and speed changing means. The speed setting means is configured to set a press production speed by setting a correspondence between rotational angles and rotational speeds at the rotational angles, which defines the rotary motion. The determination means is configured to determine whether or not the drive current detected by the current detecting means is greater than or equal to a first threshold. The speed changing means is configured to reduce all the rotational speeds set by the speed setting means by an equal ratio when the drive current detected by the current detecting means is greater than or equal to the first threshold.

    摘要: A drive device (10) for a forming machine (11) includes a hypocycloid gear assembly (20) having an eccentric gear (23), a stationary annulus gear (24) and a planetary gear system (28). The planetary gear system (28) includes an orbiting gear (29) orbiting and rolling in an annulus gear (24). The orbiting gear (29) is connected to at least one first planetary gear (35). On the first planetary gear (35), a first planetary gear equalization mass (m2) is disposed diametrically opposite an output bearing. At least one first eccentric gear equalization mass (m3) is arranged on the eccentric gear (23). The first eccentric gear equalization mass (m3) is arranged diametrically opposite, relative to a planetary gear axis (PA) about which the planetary gear system (28) rotates. The resultant forces and torques acting on the annulus gear (24) can at least be reduced by the equalization masses.

    摘要: A baler for making parallelepiped bales includes a planetary gear drive arrangement including a planet carrier coupled through an overrunning clutch for driving an output shaft which extends cross wise to a forward end of an elongate baling chamber. A plunger is mounted for reciprocating within the baling chamber for compressing crop into a bale, with a crank shaft arrangement being mounted for rotation with the output shaft and being coupled to the plunger by a connecting rod arrangement. When the gear drive arrangement is operating for effecting a compression stroke of the plunger, the overrunning clutch operates in a driving mode. When the gear drive arrangement is operating for effecting a reverse stroke of the plunger, the overrunning clutch operates in an overrunning mode so long as compressed crop is exerting a force on the plunger.
