    Abstract: A predictive maintenance device for an industrial machine includes a determination model and a processor. The determination model has been trained by machine learning to output a possibility of an abnormality for each of a plurality of components by inputting state data. The state data indicates a state of a drive system of the industrial machine. The plurality of components are included in the drive system. The plurality of components are connected to each other so as to operate in conjunction with each other. The processor acquires the state data. The processor acquires the possibility of the abnormality in each of the plurality of components from the state data by using the determination model. The processor determines the component to be maintained from the plurality of components based on the possibility of the abnormality.

    Abstract: A laser blanking device includes a machining room, a laser head movable in first and second orthogonal directions, a trap part movable with the laser head in the first direction, a trap hopper disposed on a side of a first lateral surface of the machining room to trap dust produced by cutting, and a suction part connected to the trap hopper to suck the dust moved from the trap part to the trap hopper. The trap part includes a box part with a first opening and an opening end, and a first air stream generating part that generates streams of air inside the box part such that the streams of air flow toward the opening end. The first opening is opposed to the laser head and arranged along the second direction. The opening end is provided with a second opening opened toward the trap hopper.

    Abstract: Provided is a laser machine which achieves an enhanced durability against laser beam irradiation. A workpiece transfer device for carrying a workpiece into and out of a workpiece machining chamber, has a turntable device and a partition wall. The partition wall is secured to the top surface of the turntable device, partitioning the top surface of the turntable device into a plurality of workpiece mounting tables on which workpieces can be mounted. The partition wall has: a first plate forming one surface of the partition wall and formed of aluminum alloy; a second plate forming the other surface of the partition wall and formed of aluminum alloy; and a frame for securing the first plate and the second plate in a spaced apart relationship.

    Abstract: A pressing device is capable of selectively pressing either a coiled material or a sheet material. The pressing device includes a pair of bars and a first retracting mechanism. Each bar includes a holding section capable of holding the sheet material, a first end section separably linked to the holding section on an upstream side of the holding section along a conveyance direction of a material, and a second end section separably linked to the holding section on a downstream side of the holding section along the conveyance direction. The first retracting mechanism is configured to move the first end sections to an upper first retracted position during the pressing of the coiled material.

    Abstract: A workpiece conveyance device is used for a press device. The workpiece conveyance device includes a support component, first and second moving members, a driver, and a transmission mechanism. The support component supports a holder that detachably holds a workpiece. The first moving member pivotably supports the support component. The first and second moving members are movable in the up and down direction. The driver moves the second moving member in the up and down direction. The transmission mechanism transmits an up and down movement of the second moving member to the first moving member so as to move the first moving member in the up and down direction in conjunction with the up and down movement of the second moving member. The transmission mechanism causes an amount of movement of the first moving member to be greater than an amount of movement of the second moving member.
