摘要： A method, medium, and system to receive an indication of an assembly including a plurality of different components to produce by additive manufacturing (AM), determine based on a forward search process that starts with individual components of the plurality of components and iteratively adds other components of the plurality of components thereto in combinations until an entirety of the assembly is accounted for, determine based on a reverse search process that starts with the entirety of the assembly and iteratively removes components of the plurality of components therefrom in combinations until a two-component set is reached, automatically select an optimal combination of the plurality of components from the combinations determined by the forward search and reverse search processes; and transmit the selection of the optimal combination of the plurality of components to an AM controller.

摘要： Machine and method for making air-filled packing cushions from a roll of prefabricated film material having a longitudinally extending inflation channel near one edge of the material and chambers which communicate with the channel through laterally extending passageways. The roll rests on a pair of spaced apart, horizontally extending rollers. The film material is fed from the roll to an inflation tube which extends into the inflation channel, air is introduced into the chambers through the inflation tube to inflate the cushions, and a longitudinally extending seal is formed across the passageways between the channel and the chambers after the cushions are inflated.

The predefined magnetic field defines a linear path along the support surface for the superconducting element when the superconducting element has a temperature below its transition temperature.

The welder typically includes a weld heater and a compression mechanism downstream of the weld heater to compress the sheet material to form the back seam. The welder also includes a weld breaker downstream of the compression mechanism to break apart incidental welds which are formed adjacent the back seam.
