Abstract:
An injection molding machine includes a connection member that connects a nozzle touch mechanism and a fixed platen. The connection member has: an arm part that rises upward from a support frame part on a side of the fixed platen; and a platen connection part that is provided on an upper section of the arm part and serves as a second connection section connected to the fixed platen. The platen connection part has: a connection pin that is fixed to the arm part and extends in a left-right direction coinciding with the width direction of a machine frame; and a rotary member that is fixed to the fixed platen and can rotate around the connection pin, wherein the connection pin is disposed so as to pass through the center axis of a nozzle and include a plane parallel to a mount surface of the machine frame.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and an injection-molding machine with modular structure. In the solution proposed, to optimize logistics, in particular transport, the design and the construction of at least the mould-clamping mechanism side (7) and the injection system side (8) of the machine are modular. There are central unitary mounting and coupling interfaces (13 and 14 or 15, 15′, 15′) by way of which a mould-clamping module (1), a system module (16) and a drive module (17) are connected. The three modules can be selected freely from appropriate ranges of mould-clamping modules and system modules and drive modules.
Abstract:
An injection molding machine for injecting a molten resin into a cavity of a molding die clamped in a die clamping unit via a nozzle formed in a heating cylinder to form a resin article includes a drive source. The drive source is configured to move the nozzle between a first position with the nozzle coupled to the molding die and a second position with the nozzle decoupled from the molding die. The drive source is also configured to pull out the molding die from the die clamping unit and to push the molding die into the die clamping unit.
Abstract:
A molding method and apparatus is shown which utilizes a plasticizing or injection unit in combination with a horizontal booking press having a first or moveable mold platen carrying a first portion of a mold or molds, and a second, or fixable, door platen carrying a second portion of a mold or molds. The door platen swings open and closed on a hinge, and is fixable in its closed position. When the moveable mold platen is in its′ closed position adjacent the fixed position of the door platen, a mold cavity is formed by the first and second portions of the mold or molds, and material is injected into the mold cavity.
Abstract:
An injection molding machine includes a sub injection device configured to inject molten resin into a mold of a clamping device along a direction perpendicular to an opening/closing direction of the mold, a sub machine base configured to support the sub injection device, and a coupling unit provided on a main machine base configured to support a main injection device and the clamping device and couple the main machine base and the sub machine base together. The coupling unit includes a base provided on the main machine base, two fixed blocks fixed to the base, a guide bar bridged in parallel to the opening/closing direction of the mold by the two fixed blocks, and a movable block slidably fitted onto the guide bar. The movable block is connected to the sub machine base.
Abstract:
A method for assembly of injection molding machines of different sizes constructed in modular form at a machine manufacturer and for transport of such modular injection molding machines to an installation site. The mold clamping side and the injection unit side are assembled during final assembly at the installation site of the complete injection molding machine by connecting the mold clamping module with the injection module or with a drive module by way of the standardized upper and lower assembly or coupling interfaces of the mold clamping side and the injection unit side, so as to form a one-piece injection molding machine having a bending-resistant substructure.
Abstract:
An injection molding machine is provided with a multi-piece machine base comprising at least two adjacently positioned components. A stationary mold carrier can be fixed to the one component of the machine base. To obtain an easy assembling which meets the demands during production, the components of the machine base can be connected underneath and in the vertical projection of the stationary mold carrier independently from each other.
