摘要： A tooling assembly is provided, for use with a panel defining a tool-side surface and the tool-side surface defining a profile. The tooling assembly includes a base, a plurality of support members fixedly attached to the base, a plurality of frames, and a securing system. The frames each define an upper surface, where each support member is releasably coupled to a corresponding frame by a fastening system. The upper surfaces of the frames are each shaped to correspond with a portion of the profile of the tool-side surface of the panel. The securing system is for providing a suction force configured to releasably secure the panel against the upper surface of the frames.

The converting machine has a converting assembly that performs conversion functions, such as cutting, creasing, and scoring, on fanfold material as the fanfold material moves through the converting machine. The outfeed table guides the packaging templates out of the converting machine in a first direction. The outfeed table then directs the packaging templates to a user side of the outfeed table so that a user may readily retrieve the packaging templates from the user side of the outfeed table.

摘要： The workbench includes one or more trestle units (102) having pairs of legs (104) joined to each end of a cross-piece (106) by a hinge unit (108) which allows the legs to fold flat against each other and against the cross-piece of the trestle for storage. The hinge has a stop which allows the legs to be positioned away from each other and away from the crosspiece of the trestle to form a stable trestle unit. The workbench further includes a plurality of beams (500), wherein said beams are adapted to be connected to at least one trestle so as to form a supporting framework for a work piece. A folding brace (110) between pairs of legs further stabilizes the trestle. The beams and trestles have holes (126) in their ends, and the beams and the trestles have regularly spaced holes (128) in them. Pegs can be inserted into and through the holes, and they have locking parts on them, allowing them to lock onto the trestle or beam. Pegs can have two latches for attachment to different beams or trestles. Trestles and beams may be thus interconnected to form a supporting framework.

The tabletop surface removably engages an adjustable rectangular frame which, in turn, is attached atop a pair of upright frame members, each upright frame member being attached to a respective bottom frame component. 摘要： A table which supports work pieces includes a base with a first part and a second part hinged together so that the second part may be swung up and away from the standing surface for storage and be swung down to engage the standing surface. A support column is secured to the base and coupled to a brace member which is foldable between a first state when the second part is in contact with the standing surface and a second state when the second part is not in contact with the standing surface. The table includes a work platform that is coupled to the central support column and rotatable between a horizontal orientation parallel to the standing surface and a non-horizontal orientation. The work platform is configured to have work stations which receive and mount work pieces so that the work pieces are secured to the work platform in both the horizontal and non-horizontal orientations.

摘要： The invention is a device, such as a chute or a conveyor belt, for receiving and transferring work pieces in a factory, mounted on a set of legs with lockable wheels at the bottom of each leg. Each leg is equipped with an hydraulic extension unit that is operated by air pressure. The air pressure is provided, for instance, from a machine, such as a press, that performs work on the work piece. Each leg is individually adjustable by the pneumatic extension unit, allowing the device atop the legs to be adjusted in height from the support surface, and maintained level or tilted from side to side or front to back. The wheels on the leg bottoms allow the device supported on the legs to easily move from one location to another on the factory floor. The legs may optionally be designed to fold up against the bottom of the supported device for ease of storage of the device. The advantages of the height and level adjustable features of the work surface device include allowing workers of various stature to safely and comfortably handle work pieces. A single device can be height and level adjusted for each worker that uses the device.

摘要： A combination work table and vise. The work table is vertically adjustable and has a tiltable work platform which is tiltable about a longitudinal axis so as to provide a sloped working surface. The tiltable work platform also reduces the dimensions of the work table for transportation and storage. The work platform includes at least two leaves, at least one of which can be moved laterally relative to the other to provide a vise action between the leaves. Lateral leaf movement is accomplished by means of a hand crank and screw combination. The hand crank is rotatably mounted to a first leaf while the screw is threadedly engaged in a swivel block mounted to a second leaf. Rotation of the hand crank moves at least one leaf relative to the other and thereby accommodates clamping a workpiece between the two leaves in an action similar to the jaws of a vise. The swivel accommodates asymetrical, lateral movement of the second leaf thereby accommodating clamping of a nonsymetrical object between the two leaves. The hand crank may also be interconnected to a second swivel to provide both leaves with asymetrical lateral movement.
