The regulation of the electric heating piece minimizes the nonlinear thermal deformation of the main shaft, thereby enhancing processing precision.

    摘要: A cooling method and cooling apparatus which can reduce thermal deformation of a mobile body of a machine tool is provided. On the front of a column (1), a pair of upper and lower guides (3) is formed, and saddle (7) is suspended on guides (3), saddle (7) being movable left and right. Guiding surface (5) of guide (3) and sliding surface (9) of saddle (7) are slip surface and are in contact with each other. Sliding surfaces (9a, 9b, 9d, 9e) which generate a large amount of heat and need to be cooled are identified in advance by simulation. Fluid pipelines (25) for cooling the identified portions generating higher heat are formed, and a coolant liquid is circulated by being passed from portion (9a) generating less heat toward portion (9e) generating higher heat.

    摘要: The invention relates to a liquid cooling system for machine components of production machines of the tobacco-processing industry. The object of the described cooling system is to improve the conveyance of liquid, both in terms of structure and function. This object is accomplished by dividing the liquid cooling system, which is embodied as a closed system, into at least two liquid loops (13, 17). The advantage that can be attained with the new liquid cooling system is that the liquid loops can be adapted to one another such that the temperature and output of the consumers match. The pipe cross-sections and pumps can therefore be kept small.

    摘要: Provided is a machine tool having functional components that produce heat during operation and which are arranged on a machine frame having cavity structures that form a circulation circuit in which a coolant is circulated inside the machine frame. The machine frame has first areas where the heat-generating functional components are arranged, and second areas spaced apart from the first areas. The heat input in the second areas, which is produced by the functional components, is smaller than that in the first areas. The cavity structures have first sections which are arranged in the first areas and second sections that are arranged in the second areas, and therefore, when the coolant is circulated from the first sections to the second sections, the heat supplied by the functional components is dissipated into the second areas so as to effect a temperature compensation between the first and second areas.

    摘要: An automated planer machine for planing a piece of lumber. The planer machine has a feed table for slidably receiving the bottom surface of the piece of lumber along a traveling course. One or more planing heads extend on sides of the traveling course to plane the surfaces of the piece of lumber. A linebar laterally guides the piece of lumber. Feed rolls along the traveling course move the piece of lumber. Positioning devices responsive to respective control signals are provided for adjusting a height of the feed table and planing levels of the planing heads as much when the planer machine is idle as during operation. Position encoders coupled to the feed table and the planing heads produce positional signals usable to accurately position them using the positioning devices.
