摘要： A tool configured for use to assemble and install trim into a steam conditioning valve. These configurations can include a device that mounts in place of a bonnet and an actuator that technicians remove from the valve. The device can cantilever the trim assembly, essentially providing a platform on which technicians can slide the trim assembly into the valve body (or out of the valve body) to complete install or repair of the device. As an added benefit, technicians can also use the device to assemble the trim in proximity to the subject valve.

摘要： An opening degree sensor produces a sensor output corresponding to a valve opening degree of a valve, and includes a memory into which the sensor output corresponding to the valve opening degree is written. When performing a first half process, flow rates of more than one valve device are measured, a flow rate error is calculated based on an average flow rate obtained by averaging the measured flow rates, and the sensor output corresponding to the valve opening degree into which the flow rate error is incorporated is obtained. When performing a second half process, the sensor output corresponding to the valve opening degree obtained in the first half process is written into the memory of the valve device whose flow rate is not measured.

In this instance, a magnetic flux caused by the magnetic coil is able to be guided via the component. On ferromagnetic component, a magnetic choke point is provided, which is used to adjust the magnetic flux. The magnetic choke point may be formed by a local microstructural modification of a ferromagnetic material of the ferromagnetic component. Furthermore, a valve having such a magnetic actuator and a method for producing such a magnetic actuator are indicated.

An example apparatus includes a valve plug having a first side, a second side opposite the first side and a bore extending from the first side to the second side. A first portion of the bore is tapered from a first diameter to a second diameter smaller than the first diameter. A valve stem is disposed within the bore of the valve plug. The valve stem includes a first section, a second section and a third section between the first and second sections. The third section is tapered from a third diameter to a fourth diameter smaller than the third diameter. The tapers of the first portion of the valve plug and the third section of the valve stem, when engaged, create a frictional force that resists movement of the valve stem out of the bore.

摘要： A solenoid valve has a coil spring that biases a spool valve toward a solenoid portion, and an adjuster screw that is positioned to interpose the coil spring between the adjuster screw and the spool valve and that is screwed in an internally threaded portion of a sleeve so that its axial position is adjusted. The sleeve is swaged with a swaging tool etc. from an outer peripheral surface located on the outer peripheral side of the internally threaded portion of the sleeve, whereby the swaged part of the internally threaded portion is plastically deformed to the opposite side from the coil spring. The adjuster screw is thus fixed.
