    摘要: A wire electric discharge machine according to invention prevents occurrence of failure beforehand and prevents machining stop. This can be effected by acquiring an image of a part using an image information collection unit such as a visual sensor with respect to matters, which requires inspection management of the amount of a wire accumulated in a wire electrode storage box, a remaining amount of a wire of a wire bobbin, a level of a machining liquid of a water reservoir and the like, and issuing warning when it is determined, based on the obtained image information, that the failure is highly likely to occur as the wire deposition amount is close to a limit of the wire electrode storage box, the wire remaining amount is small, or the machining liquid level falls below a set value to deal with the state based on this warning.

    摘要: In an electrical discharge machine that applies a voltage between an electrode and a workpiece to generate electrical discharge, an electrode holder holds the electrode. An ultrasonic motor has a fingertip that comes into contact with electrode holder, and moves electrode holder in a driving direction by moving the fingertip in an annular manner at an ultrasonic-range frequency. A roller bearing guides the movement of the electrode holder in the driving direction. A control circuit controls a position of the electrode in the driving direction by driving the ultrasonic motor, and moves the electrode holder based on an abnormality occurring in resistance against the movement of the electrode holder in the driving direction such that the electrode holder is moved by a movement distance equivalent to when the largest roller element among a plurality of roller elements of the roller bearing rolls and rotates once without sliding or longer.

    摘要: The present invention provides a continuous machining system and the machining method thereof. The machining system comprises a feeding module, an electrochemical machining module, and a separating module. The feeding module supplies a material strip continuously; the electrochemical machining module performs an electrochemical machining to the material strip. When the feeding module supplies the material strip to the electrochemical machining module continuously, the electrochemical machining module performs the electrochemical machining to the material strip continuously for forming continuously a plurality of components on the material strip. The separating module separates the plurality of components from the material strip. Thereby, the machining time is saved, and thus achieving the purposes of continuous machining and mass production.
