    Abstract: A cartridge includes an absorber to retain a liquid, a tank including an opening and an absorber chamber to hold the absorber, a lid member joined to the opening of the tank and including an air communication port communicating with atmosphere, and a partition member arranged between the lid member located inside the absorber chamber. The lid member includes a first protrusion to protrude toward the partition member, and the first protrusion is formed to surround the air communication port. The partition member includes a groove to be connected to the absorber chamber and a second protrusion to face the first protrusion. A communication path communicating with the air communication port is formed between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. In other words, it has the potential to contribute to the achievement of a sustainable society, such as a decarbonized society/circular society.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for reclaiming oil from vaporizer cartridges and filling vaporizer cartridges are disclosed herein. An example apparatus includes a plate having a top side, a bottom side opposite the top side, and a threaded opening extending into the top side of the plate. The threaded opening is sized to receive a threaded extension on a vaporizer cartridge such that the vaporizer cartridge can be screwed into the threaded opening and held on the plate while a mouthpiece of the vaporizer cartridge is removed. The plate also has a drain opening extending through the plate between the top side and the bottom side. At least a portion of the drain opening is sized to receive a reservoir casing of the vaporizer cartridge such that the reservoir casing can be inserted into the drain opening in an upside-down orientation.

    Abstract: A device for separating infusion capsules includes a base unit and a plunger, the base unit having a face with an aperture for receiving a body part of the capsule, wherein a portion of the face surrounding the aperture has a surface that undulates in a longitudinal direction relative to a central axis through the aperture; the plunger including a projection sized to fit within the aperture. A capsule can be placed, rim side down, on the base unit over the aperture, and the plunger used to urge the capsule down into the aperture. The result is that the capsule inverts, rupturing the foil layer and emptying the coffee or other infusion into the base unit below the aperture. The coffee (etc) and the capsule can then be removed for separate recycling. The undulating surface ensures that the rim section of the capsule is distorted during this process, which assists in separating any layers that have been provided for example by way of sealant.
