Provided is a method for cleaning a magnet powder including a loading operation for loading a magnet powder, a cleaning solution, and zeolite into a flask; a gas injecting operation for injecting an inert gas into the flask; and a vacuum drying operation for drying the magnet powder and the zeolite in a vacuum.
Provided is a method for manufacturing a magnet powder including: preparing a primary mixture by mixing neodymium (III) nitrate, boric acid, and iron (III) nitrate nonahydrate; preparing an oxide by heat-treating the primary mixture; removing a residual organic material of the oxide by heat-treating the oxide; preparing a hydrogen-reduced oxide by reacting the oxide, from which the residual organic material is removed, with hydrogen by heat treatment; preparing a secondary mixture by mixing the hydrogen-reduced oxide with calcium; obtaining a product by subjecting the secondary mixture to reduction-diffusion reaction by heat treatment; and obtaining Nd2Fe14B powder by pulverizing the product.-

摘要: Techniques for depowdering in additive fabrication are provided. According to some aspects, techniques are provided that separate powder from additively fabricated parts through liquid immersion of the parts. Motion of the liquid, such as liquid currents, may dislodge or otherwise move powder away from additively fabricated parts to which it is adhered or otherwise proximate to. The liquid may also provide a vehicle to carry away powder from the additively fabricated parts. Removed powder may be filtered or otherwise separated from the liquid to allow recirculation of the liquid to the parts and/or to enable re-use of the powder in subsequent additive fabrication processes. Techniques for depowdering through liquid immersion may be automated, thereby mitigating challenges associated with manual depowdering operations.

摘要: A parts-washing method is described. The method comprises: (a) contacting a part with an aqueous liquid cleaning composition in a contact zone at a temperature of less than 45 degrees C., wherein the aqueous liquid cleaning composition comprises at least one alkoxylate surfactant; (b) passing at least part of the aqueous liquid cleaning composition from the contact zone to a separation housing; (c) separating the aqueous liquid cleaning composition in the separation housing to form an upper oily phase, an intermediate aqueous phase and a lower particulate phase; and (d) withdrawing at least a portion of the intermediate aqueous phase for use as the aqueous liquid cleaning composition in the contact zone.

摘要: A coffee brewing system includes a brew vessel adapted to receive water and ground coffee to produce and store a brewed beverage and to provide for a cleaning system. The brew vessel includes a filter and a magnet stirrer in the lower portion of the brew vessel. The magnet stirrer creates a water vortex for brewing the coffee. The used coffee grounds are allowed to settle on the filter creating a bed of used coffee grounds and the coffee is then filtered through both the bed of used coffee grounds and the filter and collected in a coffee storage container. A cleaning system is used to remove unsightly coffee stains and oil films in the system after a brewing cycle.

摘要: A method is disclosed for removing oil from oil covered rocks of reclaimed asphalt that is milled from pavement of a roadway. The oil covered rocks are cleaned so as to be suitable to be mixed with virgin rocks to make new asphalt. The oil covered rocks are submerged within and moved through a water filled bath by an oil scrubber (e.g., a motor driven screw or set of paddles) where the rocks are agitated and rubbed together to cause the oil to separate therefrom. To enhance the oil removal process, steam is sprayed under pressure into the bath from an overhead manifold. To further enhance the oil removal process, the rocks are preheated within an insulated hot box prior to their receipt by the water bath. The cleaned rocks are removed from the bath to be collected, dried and recycled.

In the second rinsing step (S3) at least part of the beverage preparation module and the beverage outlet are rinsed with a rinsing fluid having a second rinsing fluid temperature.
