摘要： A sprayer head may be removably mounted onto a concentrate tank of a hose end sprayer. The sprayer head may include a valve assembly having a valve body having a first axis of rotation selectively movable between a closed orientation, a wet mode orientation, and a dry mode orientation. A metering plate may include a first annular series of spaced-apart flow-metering holes with each successive respective flow-metering hole has an increasing hole diameter adapted to withdraw a selectively adjustable amount of a concentrate from the concentrate tank when the valve body is in either the wet mode orientation or the dry mode orientation. The metering plate has a second axis of rotation which is non-coaxial with the first axis of rotation.

摘要： A sprayer system having a sprayer assembly adaptable to a variety of sizes and shapes of containers. The sprayer assembly includes a dual venturi in the flow conduit to provide even pressure and consistent flow in the spray volume. A metering device is coupled to the flow conduit for accurate and reliable regulation of mixture ratios. A dip tube, coupled to the fluid conduit, is adaptable to a variety of container orifices. In addition to acting as a conduit for passage of concentrate into the sprayer assembly, the dip tube may also be used as a cutting device to open the container into which it will be inserted. By adapting to a variety of container orifices, the dip tube allows the sprayer assembly to fit to a variety of containers.

The central path has a first inner periphery and a second inner periphery which is larger than the first inner periphery. Two guide faces each are a tapered face which is connected between the first and second inner peripheries of the central path of the air cap. The two guide faces are located symmetrically relative to the central path. Two air holes are respectively defined between the two guide faces and the nozzle. The air flow from the guide faces interests the air flow form the air holes to increase the range of the air flow to guide the paint in the paint path to be ejected from the nozzle.

A control valve, a regulating device, a proportional control device and a ventilation valve are on the main body. The bottom of main body communicates with a container through the proportional control device. The control valve determines the water flow of the water supply channel. The regulating device is a rotating cylinder passing through the main body. The cylinder has a valve track and a proportional controller track corresponding to the control valve and the proportional control device respectively. The valve track includes arc sections with unequal depths. The proportional controller track includes grooves with unequal depths and supports the proportional control device. A proportional regulator of the proportional control device has liquid outlet holes. The control valve controls the ventilation valve to open/close a gas inlet channel of a concentrated liquid container.
