摘要: An object of this invention is to provide an exhaust gas purification device with which a decrease in reduction (denitrification) efficiency can be reduced. An exhaust gas purification device of this invention for a ship 1 includes: a reducing agent injector 61 of a reducing agent supply device supplying a reducing agent to an exhaust gas passing through an exhaust pipe of an engine 21 to be mounted in the ship; an exhaust mixer 62 mixing the exhaust gas and the reducing agent in a location downstream of the reducing agent injector 61 in an exhaust gas traveling direction; and selective catalytic reduction devices 34, 35 facilitating reduction of NOx in the exhaust gas of the engine 21 in a location downstream of the exhaust mixer 62 in the exhaust gas traveling direction. Multiple reducing agent injectors 61 are provided, and respectively have injection ports arranged at equal intervals along a circumferential direction of the exhaust pipe.

摘要: An exhaust gas stifling device is to be mounted in a tubular body that forms a flow path for exhaust gas. The device comprises a main body that comprises a plurality of base plates facing one another at specified distances and a plurality of blade portions that are provided on a downstream side of a flow direction of the exhaust gas and are inclined with respect to the flow direction of the exhaust gas. The plurality of blade portions are formed so that there is a route in which vectors X of the individual blade portions, each vector X being defined below, go around in a given direction when viewed from a downstream side of a flow direction D. Vector X: a component of a vector in a direction of the blade portion guiding the exhaust gas, in a plane perpendicular to the flow direction of the exhaust gas.

摘要: A static mixer comprising a group of deflector elements distributed within a conduit through which a fluid flows in a direction generally parallel to an axis of the conduit. Each deflector element defines a surface which is inclined to the conduit axis such that fluid is deflected by the surface in a direction transverse to that axis. The deflector elements are positioned so as to generate an asymmetric vortex flow such that the intensities of adjacent vortices are different. The deflection elements may be in the form of, for example, asymmetric pairs of tabs, for example spaced apart pairs of tabs of different lengths. The angle of inclination of the tabs to the conduit axis may be adjustable.

摘要: A static mixing module including a pair of mixing parts each having a central strip portion and wing portions. The wing portions are bent in the same direction with respect to the front surface of the central strip portion. The pair of mixing parts are fixed to each other at the back surfaces of the central strip portions, thereby forming grid-shaped spaces each having sides formed by the central strip portion and the wing portions. A cut-out portion is formed between two adjacent wing portions so that complex fluid passages are formed. Mixing apparatuses are also disclosed wherein a plurality of static mixing modules are combined in various ways, or are independently disposed in a pipe with different postures. L-shaped mixing parts are also used in combination with the static mixing module. The mixing apparatuses provide excellent mixing despite of the short length and low pressure loss. Since the mixing apparatus can be easily manufactured and assembled, the production costs can be lowered.

摘要: A swirl mixer for mixing a reducing agent with exhaust gas in a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) aftertreatment system is described. The swirl mixer may comprise a base permitting a flow of the reducing agent and the exhaust gas therethrough, and three arrays of fins projecting from the base in a direction of flow of the exhaust gas. The three arrays of fins may be arranged in a triangular configuration about a center of the mixer to induce a swirl motion to the reducing agent and the exhaust gas flowing through the mixer. The fins in each of the arrays may be oriented in a common direction that is rotated by about 60° from the common direction of the fins in an adjacent array.

摘要: A fluid delivery system includes a flow agitator connected to a gas conduit and disposed within an internal cavity of the conduit at an upstream location with respect to a fluid injector. The flow agitator operates to separate the gas flow passing through the conduit during operation into a bypass flow, a control flow, and a main flow, such that a recombination of the bypass flow, the control flow, and the main flow downstream of the flow agitator creates an oscillation in the gas flow that also encompasses the fluid delivered into the internal cavity by the injector.

摘要: A method for the manufacture of a molding composition from a raw material melt which is charged with an additive includes the steps: charging a conveyor apparatus with a raw material which includes a liquid or gooey pasty composition or a granulate; converting the raw material into a raw material melt by heat supply to the raw material; charging the raw material melt with an additive; mixing of the raw material melt with the additive to produce a molding composition; and discharging the molding composition from the conveyor apparatus. The charging of the raw material melt with the additive takes place through a metering device which is arranged in a passage section of the conveyor apparatus and/or subsequent to the conveyor apparatus with the raw material melt flowing through and/or around the passage section. The metering device includes at least one metering element which is arranged in a recess of the passage section.
