摘要: Provided is an exhaust treatment device including a cylindrical shell into which an exhaust gas is introduced, and a flow channel pipe that penetrates through the cylindrical shell. One end of the flow channel pipe is connected to an exhaust-gas flow path of an internal combustion engine, and the exhaust gas is introduced into the cylindrical shell via the flow channel pipe. A pair of through holes, in which the flow channel pipe is disposed, are provided in a pipe wall of the cylindrical shell. A lid member configured to occlude one of the through holes is welded to the other end of the flow channel pipe so as to occlude an opening in the other end. The lid member is welded to the pipe wall so that the one of the pair of through holes is occluded by the lid member.

摘要: The exhaust gas stirring device comprises a cylindrical frame on an inner surface of a flow path member forming an exhaust flow path; supporting parts arranged to radially reach across the frame; a shielding part shielding a central axis of the frame and its circumference in the axis direction of the frame. One of the supporting parts comprises a pair of first skeletons extending radially outwardly from the central axis of the frame. The frame and the supporting parts are configured by assembling assembling members. One of the assembling members comprises the pair of first skeletons, and second skeletons respectively extending in an arc shape from one end of each of the first skeletons and constituting a part of the frame. Each of the first skeletons and the second skeletons in the assembling members comprises a vane part formed to protrude respectively from each of the first and second skeletons.

摘要: An exhaust gas purification device includes: a catalyst downstream from an enlarged diameter flow path in an exhaust gas flow path; a diffusing member upstream from the enlarged diameter flow path in the exhaust gas flow path and that causes exhaust gas that has flowed in from upstream to flow out so that said exhaust gas diffuses toward the enlarged diameter flow path; a supply device that supplies a reducing agent upstream from the diffusing member in the exhaust gas flow path; and a guiding member upstream from the diffusing member either at a flow mixing position in the exhaust gas flow path where the reducing agent and the exhaust gas mix or at a position downstream from the flow mixing position, and that splits the flow of the reducing agent that has flowed in from upstream into a plurality of flows and guides said flows toward the diffusing member.

摘要: An exhaust gas stifling device is to be mounted in a tubular body that forms a flow path for exhaust gas. The device comprises a main body that comprises a plurality of base plates facing one another at specified distances and a plurality of blade portions that are provided on a downstream side of a flow direction of the exhaust gas and are inclined with respect to the flow direction of the exhaust gas. The plurality of blade portions are formed so that there is a route in which vectors X of the individual blade portions, each vector X being defined below, go around in a given direction when viewed from a downstream side of a flow direction D. Vector X: a component of a vector in a direction of the blade portion guiding the exhaust gas, in a plane perpendicular to the flow direction of the exhaust gas.

摘要: Provided is an exhaust treatment device including a cylindrical shell into which an exhaust gas is introduced, and a flow channel pipe that penetrates through the cylindrical shell.
